We booked an 8 seater taxi to take us to the balloon fiesta and the driver turned up on time which was great, he was very friendly so good service so far. I asked the driver if he could pick us up a few hours later which he informed me was no problem at all, but as we had children with us we didn't know what time exactly so he said no problem just phone the office when we were ready. When I rang the office I was told "sorry love, no 8 seaters apart from fridays and Saturdays". I explained this company had dropped us there and promised to pick us up but basically tough! So we were left stuck in Ashton Court miles away from home with a 3 year old and 18 month old getting dark in the cold knowing full well we wouldn't be able to find another 8 seater. To say I am utterly appalled and discusted at how rude and unreliable this company is, is a under statement and I will never be using this company again nor reccommending them in the future. read more
