I really expected there to be a long wait for an appointment but he was scheduled within days and was able to quote and complete the job same day. I needed a 20 amp dedicated circuit for a home based 15 needle embroidery machine and really didn't want to pay an electrical so got some "advice" and concluded we could put a 20 amp circuit in place of the 15 amp. Three months in, I noticed that my lights were flickering in the home office whenever I fired up the machine or plugged an iron in. I did a quick internet search for possible reasons and quickly determined that I likely had a fire risk so I went to my trusted Yelp to find an electrician. Sure enough my hunch was right. We had Help!! put in a true dedicated 20 amp. No more flickering. While we had him we decided that lightening strikes near the house were too close for comfort and we have way too many electronics and energy electric car plugged in so we had him install a whole house surge protector. Very reasonable. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

When the office staff mentioned a $265 technical analysis fee I question what that entails. After she explained, we agreed the service rep would provide a quote upon coming to the home. He did not, and further had no idea of the commitment. Upon knocking on the front door, he enters, I show him the electrical panel and the microwave. After reviewing the panel, and tightening a few screws, he removes the microwave and states the electrical hookup was piggybacked off the oven 50 amp line. He stated the microwave was most likely finished as the mother board might be the issue. Without opening up the components in the microwave, he said I should just replace it, and do a dedicated power source for the microwave back to the panel at a cost of $520. Since he had no knowledge of my problem, he insisted that I pay the $265 analysis fee, while only being here less than 1/2 hours and spending most of the time on the telephone with fellow employee out in the field. I did pay the analysis fee, just to get ride of this man.

I called Kimball's and someone came in about a half hour ! James and Taylor ended up going into the crawl space and set up a pump to move the water out.
