Took it to Bob's Power Equipment and found out they are not a Club Cadet dealer. Oops... However, they so sell other products with Koehler engines, so they said they would tear it down and contact Koehler. Of course, they warned there would be no warranty if it was out of oil. No problem. They were excellent! They handled everything with Koehler. A week later, we got the mower back with a new engine and all was covered under warranty. Highly recommend! Couldn't be happier!!
