We hired them to replace the shingle roof on our home and we have come to regret doing so. While they were courteous whenever they spoke to us, actions speak louder than words and their actions make me want to warn everyone I know about ther subpar service we recieved. They had no respect for the fact the household has 2 dogs that need to be able to go outside at some point. They left nails and debris in the backyard nightly despite being asked not to. They had no respect for the fact that surrounding properties did not want them randomly parking on their property. They actually caused more damage to the house by removing all the shingles off of a section that previously had no leaking and then not working for 3 days. It's been astoundly rainy in PA lately and we had brand new water damage where there previously was none. We are a family of cat lovers and there is an outdoor enclosure with towers and stairs for the cats to go outside freely and play. The people they hired removes a chimney and threw the bricks from the chimney down into the cage causing extensive damage. While the owner of the company did come out to repair the damage on a Saturday, it doesn't excuse the negligence and stupidity of the people who did this. There is no feasible way they could NOT have heard the destruction they were cause and they actively chose to continue destroying our property through their laziness. Lastly, and most disturbing, the crew B&R used felt the need to refer to an African American crewmember by the N word. While working on a roof right in the middle of Bloomsburg at 10 in the morning. I have recieved complaints from my neighbors over this and I find the ignorance displayed as unforgivable. Shame on B&R for allowing this sort of public behavior go unchecked. People should know that the people B&R hire are lacking. read more
