I am really disappointed in the management/administrative staff. After several years, you are unable to secure a time on a regular basis for each week. We had morning for what seemed like a year and then all of a sudden we were late morning/lunch or afternoon. "The crew had a new clean which takes longer." "We never promised you mornings." After repeatedly cancelling plans or being inconvenienced we decided enough was enough. If you have all day to sit around and wait for when it is convenient for them to place you on their schedule then this is the company for you. I can't be sure, but I think the problem was I could not do "key service" (since I have pets) so they could come in to the house anytime. They could never provide a consistent, regular time for cleaning every other week. In any case, with no changes from us, they decided to stop serving us suddenly, not even giving me notice so I would have a chance to get started with another service. In fact, I checked today and we're still on their schedule, even though they didn't show up! No response to my emails and calls. We always provided good tips for the hard working staff and never got upset even when there were some minor things broken. Total lack of communication with a good customer - this is not good business (in my opinion). NOT recommended.
