This large shop is mainly a showroom presenting almost everything you would need or desire in a kitchen. They show and supply all of the large appliance brands. The brilliant thing about this shop is the owner who also deals with most of the customer orders. He really knows his stuff and can give you invaluable advice. We were ordering a few items at once but he easily switched his knowledge from ovens, to fridges, to sinks with ease. They arranged delivery and fitting of all the items with care and ease. After consulting the internet their prices are just as cheap as anywhere else.

We need a handle which should have been included with unit after asking countless times we were provided with the wrong one despite us saying it's not the right one. Also had another issue too complicated but the one of the directors avoided my calls and the other was just plain rude, sarcastic and aggressive. Avoid this company

My wife's disabled and we needed to convert our traditional bathroom into a wet room. We'd had…read moreseveral quotes from accredited/recommended installers but none of them inspired us or convinced us which was the best solution for us. A neighbour then recommended Bathrooms Galore. I went to the showrooms in Stoney Lane and had a look around and a chat with Andy Board and arranged for him to come out and give us a quote. He came to our house and listened to our ideas and thoughts and then talked us through all the options and alternatives that were available to us. A few days later he came back with his recommendations and a quote based on what we had agreed. The details and specifications were far more informative and helpful than any of the others we'd previously had. He also supplied a 3D simulation of the finished bathroom and catalogues illustrating all the fittings and furnishings that would be installed. And the total cost was in line with what we had previously been quoted by installers who had not given us any confidence. Unfortunately due to a change in our circumstances we have not been able to proceed with the work. However based on the work they did for our neighbour and the professionalism, patience and attention to detail that Andy displayed I would not have hesitated in asking them to go ahead with the work. Based on our experience I highly recommend Bathrooms Galore.

Now nearly seven weeks in, we have one complete bathroom and a sales person that refuses to pick up my calls. There has also been 1 person on site for the majority of time they have actually been here, which has been inconsistent at best. Couldn't be more disappointed. Now month 5 and still not complete!
