He was at our place within 90 minutes and fixed what we needed fixed and changed the downspout immediately and didn't charge us, as he said he likes to look after his customers and HE DOES! We called the number that was on our fence since it appeared to be of good quality. They set an appointment with us and arrived in time. We decided to get a quote based on new wood only and would use the old steel poles and hardware. The hardware could just be repainted and the steel poles were in really good from years ago. He said it would also save a lot of money as there would be no digging. He estimated they could do the fence in 3 months. We got the quote later on that evening. At first I thought it seemed reasonable considering the price of wood had gone up, but once my husband calculated wood costs (with no contractor discount), he felt the quote was too high. We chose to call around. The guy is very nice though and obviously does good work since the existing fence is well over two decades old and is still sturdy.

We called and they came out and fixed it very quickly. We also had them come out a few months later to fix our system in the front of the house where our ivy was. It was very nice of Eric to fit us in prior to his shoulder surgery. We wouldn't hire anyone else as he is very efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. My neighbor ended up using them as well to add a whole new system and she said it was reasonably priced.

I trusted him because he was a plumber and met him at Wilsons plumbing for pick up. Once installed, it leaked and wont stay lit. No response when contacted.
