Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. Most recently we decided that we wanted to plant new larger trees in our yard and called several companies to quote. Kevin Rice was out within 24 hours and very was very helpful, offering many options regarding species, location, fall colors and size options. A little over a week later Shawn and his team arrived and we had 4 large new trees exactly as we discussed. They took extra care to protect our lawn and driveway from heavy equipment traffic by placing ramps on driveway and driving tracked equipment carefully as to not tear up the grass. We love our new trees and are 100% satisfied with their work. I normally would not give anyone 5 stars, but i could not have asked for a better experience.
