I was very pleased with my visit. I got a pedicure with gel polish and my feet look and feel amazing. They havent been this smooth in years. Their was a slight language barrier but I'm not big on conversation so it wasnt a problem for me. I would definitely recommend. They even let my father sit in the empty pedicure chair next to me (think they could pick up on my social anxiety). All in all great place. read more

Had pedi and it looks bad on both my big toes. I had acrylic on both big toes due to the nail breaking so they advised me not to have it filled and to just let it grow out and when they did the French manicure on my toes, it looks horrible. It's too completely different colors. I told the nail tech I didn't like it. Now if I want it fixed I will have to pay again which is not right. Also, I had to wait at least 20 minutes to get another nail tech to come over and paint my toes. Dissatisfied completely. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I haven't been to this place in years but I decided to give it another go since it's highly rated. I came in wanting all sparkly long coffin nails and what I received was a short kind of coffin kind of square kind of oval shaped nails. They did not paint my whole nail, the tops don't have sparkle on them at all. I do not recommend this place at all. You could also tell that they were talking about us the whole time. read more

beautiful place but they're hiring people that don't know what they're doing. 3 days after getting my toes done, one became infected because the lady did not clean out my toes whatsoever, making it so impacted it literally has a terrible infection i had to get antibiotics for. the same lady did my nails and after 9 days they are literally coming off when it was a brand new set. the guy is really good and never disappoints along with his wife. i would not let anyone other than them do your nails. read more

Owner was very rude! Im a regular customer and I went in for a pedicure. Was seated in pedi chair immediately and was told John the owner would do my nails. After 20 minutes of watching john walk around on his phone and dust his station, I asked his wife, Angel how much longer. She said the other guy (that made my ankle bone bleed w cheese grater last time) was going to do it. I said no to him John still not busy with a customer. After 30 minutes I left without pedi. Angel was nice about it but owner John was very rude. He came outside for a cigarette while I was leaving and I asked why he didn't do pedi he said "he was busy" I said doesn't the customer come first he said "no he was busy"!! The owner of the place was horrifically rude to me and other customers in the salon. She would talk about you to other customers while you were sitting waiting for a nail appointment. Would talk bad about other ladies who left the salon after they got their nails done. Not kid friendly, uses a lot of profanity. read more

Chairs are dusty, tables are a mess. Was told the salon does gels. Watched nail tech talk on her phone when doing another customers nails. And when it was my turn I asked why she was going to mix powder with liquid (looked like acrylic) she became pretty hostile. She asked me who I was to question her. And then pointed to a tiny sticker on the jar that said "gel powder" as if that made a difference. I told her I'd go somewhere else and as I washed my hands to leave she was talking about the situation to one of the other customers like its any of their business why I decided against the work being done. I over heard the girl whole heartedly agreeing with her that the tiny sticker on the jar of powder really did mean it was gel. Do not recommend unless you feel like being ripped off or listening to your nail techs phone conversation while she works on your hands. read more

Their nails are ok at best. They arent shaped right and are lumpy. They are rude and dont talk to you at all unless you spark up the conversation but they shut you down. Someone really needs to open a new place in this town. The owner has NEVER been friendly the 20 times I've been in there. Nothing is ever clean or organized. The selection is mediocre at best. They gossip like high schoolers. They are cheap and the quality is actually good, which is the only reason I go back. But the atmosphere is not friendly. Don't take kids in there- they'll leave with a new vocabulary you'd rather them not know about. read more
