Tire we had with us, to be changed out at location of the truck, on the side of the road. These guys are not true tire repair guys. The were unable to change out and mount our tire where the truck sat, which is standard procedure for normal ROAD SIDE Tire flat repair. They had to take our the tire to a "shop" somewhere to do it. Then bring it back, over two hours waiting on them. In the middle of this, after they returned with the tire to our driver, we requested pricing. They stated $696.22 for a service that runs less than $100 if not roadside, and about $300 for road side service. We were refusing service once they stated what they were charging, we asked for them to just take the tire back off, leave it how they found it. But of course, to do that, they needed to take it back to a tire shop!! We didn't have another two hours to wait for them to return it as it was, plus because it was getting late, we couldn't trust that they would even return our tire! Total rip off. They are not competent to provide ROAD SIDE SERVICE repair. We break these tires down on a regular bases and mount and dismount at our personal yard. It's not something that requires anything special, other than the knowledge and ability to do so. They should not be offering services that they can not do. Again, these guys are not true ROAD SIDE SERVICE repair. Absolute ROBBERY! There should be laws against what they did. Not a reputable place of business. RUN AWAY from them, they will rob you and keep you in a bind!

The Tulsa Holland Mechanic / warranty manufacturer for troy built receive the Troy Bilt Lawn Mower unit and then informed a test will be made **Note there is a hidden diagnostic fee** from Tulsa New Holland also take precaution make sure to take pictures of the lawn unit and don't remove any items off the unit because it would possibly be used against your manufactory warranty. In this case the old air filter was removed upon trying to start the unit before returning to Tulsa Holland Troy Bilt Manufacturer warranty store. The Mechanic implied the lawn mower equipment was used with out an air filter from the previous season which was installed by Tractor Supply. The warranty Mechanic voided the warranty but the sale service agent of the store did implied they were willing to do business.

Tim called to tell me my brakes were "shot" and the drums were "all scored up", and that I needed all new assemblies to the tune of $900. I declined and picked up the trailer. Took it to a certified auto mechanic neighbor around the corner who repaired it in his driveway. I walked over and saw. My brake shoes and drums were in great shape; the problem was, wires running to the magnets had broken on 3 of the 4 wheels. Wiring fixed and bearings repacked cost me $260. I had gotten brakes and even a new axle from Hitch It in the past, but I no longer trust them.

He offered us water, coffee, or sodas frequently and checked in on us during semi long wait periods. Complimentarily filled the tank to full and had the vehicle serviced and cleaned before handing the keys over to us. Walked out paying the exact price of the vehicle ($18,000) + the dock/processing fee ($599) totaling $18,599 altogether and was all processed under our loan so we didn't even to put anything down. Very pleased, it was a pleasant experience for both of us!
