Orkin never called me to schedule the follow up appointment on time so I had called them and then they came for the follow up. We had hoped that the problem had been resolved, but we continued to fleas so I called them and asked what they could do for me, and so they came and did another treatment. At this point I was nearing the Orkin promise Warranty and date so I had asked if they would come back if after their second full treatment it hadn't been fixed and they said they would I had asked for that in writing, and they refused to give me in writing and needless to say I vacuumed every day for 2 1/2 months... you might not realize how much time it takes to vacuum every day. The issue was supposed to have been dealt with in two weeks, but me and my roommates suffered for nearly 3 months. Oregon stopped picking up my calls and would tell me that they would call me back, but never follow up. I would not recommend Orkin to anyone especially because their "Orkin promise" is definitely not a pinky promise.
