He walked me through exactly what steps I needed to take with my insurance so they could reassign my case to a reliable company. Even though he couldn't come himself because he was based in another city, his professionalism and willingness to help someone who wasn't even his customer spoke volumes. You can tell a lot about a company by how the owner leads, and Brandon showed true care and customer-first service. I had a tiny home delivered to the Big Bend…read morearea, but the truck that delivered it couldn't handle the very challenging road between the highway and my property so we had to scramble big-time to come up with a Plan B. Brandon made the 2.5-hour trip from Fort Stockton the next morning with his wrecker and a spare 3/4-ton pickup driven by his helper. Three hours later, we completed the 7.5-mile trip to my property without damaging the home, which was a major feat--Brandon even had to chain the pickup to the wrecker at one point to make it up the crazy winding hill just before my property. It was an epic journey, and I am beyond grateful to him for his help. I will keep his info on my phone, and you can bet he'll be my one-call if I get in more trouble in the future.
