She is so awesome, and friendly, and seems to know what she is talking about. Before I purchased my dress, I went to her to get measured. I was purchasing my dress online, and didn't know if I was measuring myself correctly. She did not charge me for the measurements and if it wasn't for her, I would have bought the wrong size dress. I actually doubted her because I thought the size she told me to get was way bigger than what I thought I was. But, boy, was I wrong. She saved me from making the worse mistake, because the return policy could be tricky. I was so pleased with her service, once again, I will definitely use her for all of my alterations. Thanks Allison, you are the best and keep up the great work.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I've given this company multiple chances to make…read morethings right and a lot of time to respond--and now I'm left with no choice. They installed brake hardware incorrectly, and after bringing it to their attention, I gave them several opportunities to fix the issue. Despite that, I've received no response at this point. Another mechanic, who I called for an unrelated issue, noticed the poor brake installation right away and recommended I get the original shop back out to correct it--which still hasn't happened. To make matters worse, the guide pins and other metal-to-metal contact points were not greased properly with fresh grease, which is basic brake service 101. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for work that isn't done right, especially when the company won't stand behind it. I hope they take this seriously and improve how they handle both service and communication.
