My car was towed to Luckey Truck and Auto. I was told the repair would take three or four days. After a week of no communication I called and was told it wasn't ready yet. Two weeks later it was finally done. The repair cost hundreds of dollars. As I drove away I realized there was a new problem. Now my air conditioning wasn't working. There wasn't a chance I was going back there. Less than a year later the part they replaced broke. When my hometown mechanic got in touch with them and asked for warrantee information the owner refused to give it to him so that I could not be reimbursed for the part or the labor. I have never been treated so poorly and had a worst experience in my life. Oh, and the owners dog tried to bite me.

I've come here and had my radiator replaced several tires replaced and just now the other day I needed some breaks rotors and calipers. I do think that they were cheaper a few years ago but now they're kind of online with a lot of other places but not like Midas or such. Sam is very friendly and responsive. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there.
