The night before, Calvin texted me that the driver had a Dr.'s appointment and would have to push back the time. No problem. I pulled the car from storage and got it ready to tow at the appointed time. Then Calvin called me and said we would have to push the date back five days. Two days later, he called and said the driver was not available and he did not have anyone who could help me. So a month later, I'm back to square one. Very disappointed. Two stars for calling and cancelling three days before I got the car out of storage... again.

Pat came and had to use skids to get my car on his truck because the front wheels were locked up. He was skillful and friendly. The courteous lady in the office kept me informed of when Pat would arrive and what was going on with my insurance. Breaking down was definitely a bad situation but with the kind, experienced people at Pat and Son Towing taking my car to the dealership for repairs, it made my day a whole lot better!

Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. Do not use this business unless you need a simple service like an oil change or minor maintenance…read more I was not familiar with auto shops in this area as a newer resident, and a neighbor recommended them. I was initially impressed with the free towing of my pickup when my starter went out. It was repaired with no problem. However, I took it back to Greer when I had some other issues with my truck due to overheating. I was told I needed a new intake manifold, so I was quoted $1500. Then I received a call that it was going to cost more, around $600, due to labor hours, because they ran into issues. So long story short, the truck was not completely repaired correctly, and I had to keep putting antifreeze in it as there was a leak somewhere. So, someone must not have known how to work on a Ford because now I have a blown head gasket, and the vehicle is dead. Since Greer's mechanic had the engine completely torn down to fix an issue, everything should have been checked. In my opinion, they threw it back together when they "ran into issues" and did not know how to fix a Ford. All someone had to do was let me know what the problem was, or if it was more than they could handle.
