Can't imagine how the girls make it 8 to 10 hours a day in that heat one would think they would at least wear shorts to stay cooler. We have been to other fruit stands in hotter areas that use a misting system to keep the interior at least 10 to 20° cooler without any moisture or water on the floor. Speaking for ourselves, we would spend more time shopping if the temperatures were more pleasant don't need AC, but just something to kind of break the temperature a bit. A high pressure misting system would keep the employees more comfortable and the shoppers and results. They'd probably spend more money. Next time we go, we're gonna buy the girls shorts so I can keep cool.

I LOVE ALMONDS…read more Found these guys at the Civic Center farmers market that's right outside my school. Walked by and they had SO MANY ALMONDS. Oh my god they had a lot of almonds. I love the Applewood Smoked ones.. they taste like bacon. They have their usualy 4/$20 deal so I decided to pick a bunch of randoms. I tested the raspberry and sesame seed ones and I kinda liked them so I decided to get them too and then threw in some trail mix to fill in that last spot. I shouldn't've filled in the last spot with trail mix because the almonds were roasted and were very soft and had an unattractive texture in my mouth. The almonds in the trail mix are nowhere near the quality of the almonds in those.. amazing.. applewood.. smoked.. almonds. (Just my preference, I'm sure there are people that love the soft almonds just as much as the hard ones.) This is the only place I come to get flavored almonds. They're definitely my favorite :D

I started walking around admiring everything, and then that's when I see a phone just laying with the tomato's. I ask the man infront of me "excuse me is this your phone?" He kindly tells me no, so I say "ok I'll just take it up to the register area for whenever someone comes back for it". As I'm walking up with my hand held out to put the phone in the register area a big guy breaking down boxes shouts "hey that's my phone" with an extremely rude tone making me feel like I was stealing it. I tell him that's my mistake I was only turning it for what I believed was a customer who lost it. I didn't realize he was actually a worker there and he grabs it from me super irritated and starts mumbling super rude little comments to again make me feel like I was stealing or inconveniencing him. I was super humiliated and walked out without buying anything because like what even is that kind of behavior especially from someone who works there? You clearly seen me setting it on the register and still felt the need to make me feel gross especially with my child right there and others around. It's not hard to be kind and whoever you are please try working on that because it can really ruin someone's whole day when you have no idea what they are going through. I did post this same review on google as well because I hope he somehow sees this and realizes how terrible he made someone feel.

They carry beautiful, locally grown produce, but they have so much more to offer. Our first great find here was their fresh and frozen fruit pies made by The Pie Company, a well-known, local business located in nearby Ripon. We are already big fans of this pie manufacturer because they supply their frozen pies to some of the larger Ace Hardware stores in our area, too. We live in So Cal, but we can pick up the exact same pies they make and sell here in Ripon/Manteca. We swear by them, especially the peach, apricot, and blackberry. They taste homemade and are piled full of naturally ripened fruit with very little sugar so the fresh fruit flavors shine through. While the crust is more thick than I usually prefer, I decided their crust is one of the better ones. Such a treat! Another find here was the wonderful array of flavored vinegars and honeys. The fig balsamic vinegar is amazing. So good, we returned the next day to bring a few more bottles home with us. There are several local brands to choose from. And then, check out the refrigerator section. If you see products from Long Ranch, this is a local pig ranch that has prize-worthy, thick cut, perfectly smoked bacon that has brought me to tears. Their bacon is heavenly. If I ever get a do-over, I would grab some of everything I see from this Ranch. Since we were on a road trip, we grabbed a few snacks. The sesame sticks, packaged under their own label, are so fresh and delicious. They have many other snack options that carry their label. Bet they are all really good. I am so impressed with the quality of the products they sell, I only wish I lived closer. I'd be a regular here.
