I'll be honest, I'm just like you, I looked at Larry's reviews and said "only one?.. From 2016?…read moreYikes." But truth be told, I was a jerk for thinking like that. Larry doesn't have many reviews because he does a great job, and it's much more motivational to complain than to compliment. But Larry really did a great job on my home inspection. He and his lovely wife got into every nook and cranny of the house I am under contract for. They pointed out every little issue, from the fridge's ice maker not working, to larger issues like the home having absolutely no smoke detectors. They took many, many photos of the home, and reccomended a great pest expert to assess the home for termites. Overall, if you're on the fence about using Larry, please do so! He and his wife are very kind people and even better home inspectors.

He found many items that needed addressing, and spent an hour on the phone with me going over them with me, as well as emailing me many photos. He also submitted a very detailed, typed report 25th more photos. I truly appreciated his going above and beyond the call of duty, especially since I'm an out of state buyer. His due diligence gave me piece of mind and saved me lots of future problems. He is a gem, and very meticulous in a world where people get by doing the bare minimum.

Because of this, one has to wait and hope that one is home when they can come by. 2. $80 for a service call no matter what. This does not include any routine maintenance/servicing. I called because the a/c was blowing hot like a heater, it was a thermostat wiring problem that took 5 minutes to fix. I get it, they are a business, but $80 to fix that? 3.
