I was in need of a cooling mattress top cover by Beauty Rest. As well as a new Bed spread. The one I had on was definitely comforting for colder weather. So I purchased a pillow, bedspread and a cooling mattress cover. I have to say this store is very expensive. I wasn't able to find any sales. My mattress cover was $70. The bedspread with 2 sham pillowcases were $80 and the pillow was at a reasonable price. I checked the store out to see if there was anything else worth buying. I think Home Goods may be more reasonable. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I am sleeping much better. It really did cool down my mattress for sleeping but I won't be returning for any future purchases.

There was a great selection of well-curated pieces, including artwork, and I met the owner, Kathleen. We hit it off, and I also decided to take advantage of her design expertise to help with my setting up my new home. She's fantastic! Friendly, warm and knowledgeable, Kathleen has been a tremendous help in updating the house, finding vendors, ordering furniture, and making design decisions. I continue to buy pieces from her, and will continue to do so into the future. I would also highly recommend her services if you need interior design help. She's got a terrific eye!!

Emilie is absolutely fabulous! We moved from the West Coast to Baltimore in October 2021 and…read morepurchased a row home in Federal Hill. The home had been updated 10 years ago and was very eclectic. We had never felt totally settled in our prior home and wanted to work with a designer to feel totally settled into our new life across the country. In reviewing numerous Yelp and google reviews, we found Emilie at Home Methods and instantly fell in love with her bold and bright color palettes and the right amount of eclectic and classic to really match our personalities. We were still in escrow when we met Emilie and she came over to the home even before closing to take measurements and help us start envisioning our new home. Emilie walked us through every part of the process with expertise and enthusiasm. Emilie gave us quotes for helping pick out design ideas at various cost levels as well as helping us install her vision with appropriate contractors, delivery personnel, and shipping/storing until installment day. In the first round we decided on living room/dining room furniture, wallpaper/paint, art and decor. Once we were living in the home, we realized we needed to update the hardwood floors, which were not standing up to our pack of pets. Emilie helped us then identify some awesome luxury plank vinyl to protect the original hardwood underneath and a fantastic professional to install them. All of Emilies contractors were professional, kind, prompt, and provided excellent work product. Emilie herself is kind, personable, incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, enthusiastic, and flexible. We literally could not have imagined a better working relationship with such a big task. We absolutely love our home and all of the design choices that Emilie helped us make. With such an eclectic home she helped us marry the right balance of punchy and timeless, not to mention durable with 4 dogs and a cat. If you are looking for any home design project, big or small, Emilie is the right choice. We will continue to use her for ongoing updates and additions in the future because it was such a wonderful experience. Thank you Emilie for making this huge transition so easy and turning a house into a home!

I believe they are in the middle of moving locations so it was a bit in disarray. That didn't stop us from getting a good dig in the merchandise they had available. Many records available and categorized. They had video games, music of all kids, CDS, furniture, pokemon cards, magazines, cameras, and so much more. The employee at the store was knowledgeable and nice. If you spend time in there, you might find some awesome records!!! The price of items were understandable depending on the item you are interested to buy.
