My old house (circa 1850) presented unique challenges to them, but their experience prepared them to easily accomplish the task. So happy with the quality & the appearance of the finished work.

After sending the down payment money, all those attributes changed. There was absolutely no communication between this company and myself and quite frankly I never saw Lenny again. My main contractor turned out to be a guy named Ethan. My main problem with this company was their serious lack of communication with me. They would call when they were already in route and leave little information on what to expect. I was supposed to know the ins and outs of a chimney rebuild with NO explanations from the supposed professionals. I never really had any conversations with them unless they didn't show up and I would call to find out why. My 1st impression was on the day they were supposed to start work here, after waiting 6 weeks, they requested to push the job back 2 more days. When I was not happy about that idea, Lenny said Ok they would start the next day. The next day Ethan showed up late, set up some scaffolding and then left at 10:30 never to return. Elite had successfully pushed my job back the 2 days they originally wanted in a very sneaky way, by pretending they were starting my job. I really don't appreciate a company that I have hired to act in such an unprofessional manner, thinking they pulled a fast one on their client. Nothing was ever communicated to me through the entire rebuild. Oh, but the day they finished they could knock on the door because final payment needed to be made. The invoice was in my email promptly the next morning. Previously they would maybe show up, maybe not a couple times with no explanation at all. This company felt no need to communicate with the client unless they wanted something. If I questioned something I was an annoyance to anyone associated with Elite. I was a non person with a checkbook to them. Not the kind of company I like to hire for a company with the highest quote! I could not tell you about the quality of the actual rebuild , I was relieved the stress was over. I certainly would not recommend Elite to anyone because in my opinion they are terribly unprofessional and did nothing to educate me about the process, did not like being questioned and after they received final payment reached out so they didn't get a bad review. Hopefully they treat the next paying customer a little better.

He protected our brand new roof and worked with the roofers to ensure that everything met the proper requirements for a waterproof and sound installation. They'll tell you every excuse in the book, saying the patio has too much shade, poor drainage, etc. But the fact is, it was sealed and fine until they came, resealed/sanded it and then it was a disaster. Now I have to get it redone properly again. What a waste of money that was. Do not listen to the excuses they provide. They will reply here and it's 100% a lie. They would not come and redo it for me. So I will never recommend this place to anyone. Poor craftsmanship on their part. And they would not resolve it, so not a trustworthy business. Come with the excuses. Adios. https://youtu.be/e7CbCTkfPxE - view of the shoddy craftsmanship applied to my entire patio. The whole thing looks like this now and did after 6 mo of them redoing the patio. Before this, I never had problems to this degree, period. Nothing even close to this state. My entire patio has sun hitting it, there's no excuses here. There's guards along the edge to keep plants from penetrating it, always has been. They'll throw every excuse at the book while other contractors will just make it right, even if they have to redo such a poor job that did not hold up even for a year.

The crew was very tidy, they tarped around my house and plants to ensure stain wasnt getting where it didn't belong, and they were nice! Unfortunately, within a few months, several quality issues began to appear. Screws started popping out, deck boards began lifting, and some of the boards and railing showed signs of deterioration. I sent multiple texts and emails, including photos documenting the problems. To their credit, they responded to one text and sent someone out to secure a completely loose floorboard that, surprisingly, had never been screwed down. However, after that visit, my additional attempts to contact them went unanswered. I even asked that they simply let me know if they had no intention of addressing the problems, but I did not receive the courtesy of a response. At this point, it appears I will need to hire another company to repair their work. Chuck Kurth, one of the owners of Two Brothers Residential, Maintenance and Service Corporation, presented himself as knowledgeable and reputable before I hired the company, which made this experience especially disappointing. A contractor's reputation is built not only on the initial job but also on standing behind their work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. As a result, they will not be receiving any future business from me, and I would not recommend them to others in my HOA.
