When you first sign in, they give you a clipboard with a diagram of the body for you to mark where your pain is, and what level your pain is. Next, they hook you up to the dynatronics machine, which is some type of electrotherapy that stimulates the muscles. Then, Dr. Stoddard gives you the best adjustment of your life, cracking every last inch of ya. And lastly, he sets you on the roller machine to roll and massage any remaining troubles away. I replied that I didn't come for a lecture, but rather healthcare. I was then told to "get out", that I was very rude. I never raised my voice, nor said anything inflammatory. I asked her name and was again repeatedly told to "get out". I asked to speak with the manager, this was refused and was told very angrily to "get out". I am on Medicare and perhaps this is why I was treated so badly. I have no input as to the quality of care; only the front desk treatment I had to endure. I felt bad for the other staff and for the patients waiting. Needless to say I won't be going back, I can only hope for a more civil atmosphere.
