They have terrible workmanship and are terrible people. Someone had recommended several years ago that I take my work there and it was surely under different management when people had positive experiences with this place. 5.. Lastly, they will actually have your piece for *years* before they screw it up. You will most certainly have to take your piece elsewhere to be fixed after paying the Woodchuck to do it (and sue them for your money back) or try your hand at refinishing it again after they are done. At first I was really impressed with the communication and friendliness of the people that came to…read moredo epoxy on our basement floor. They worked with us to find a good base before they did the rest of the project with the veining. When they finished I was only able to see a small portion due to the product being wet and having to wait for it to dry before I could see the whole thing. Unfortunately when we were able to see the whole thing we were incredibly disappointed. It looks like they didn't clean up the debris before laying the product, we have pieces of debris that are so big and sharp that it will bruise or even cut skin. There's a portion of the living room that looks like they tore up a plastic grocery bag and sealed it rather than spreading the veining to make it look professional and "fish eyes" have popped up in spots as well. The painters tape used at the doorways of other rooms I am unable to remove because they spread the epoxy over the tape so it has hardened over it and there's epoxy on the walls in 3 different areas. When we called the guy agreed that was not the quality they wanted to put out and that they would come back out and work with us to fix the issues. That was almost 2 months ago. We kept calling and they quit answering. We contacted the number on the website that goes to a 3rd party that contacts the managers. They started an email thread with the guy in Fargo who didn't reply to that chain but emailed my husband back separately using his personal email and used the excuse of having hiring issues. We had been trying to contact him for 3 weeks by that time and never received any communication whatsoever. A phone call does not take long to update unhappy customers. We've called that 3rd party number back multiple times a week and have been told we are the regional manager's priority to contact and yet we have not been contacted at all. I am now in contact with the BBB and small claims court because of the absolutely poor communication and lack of resolution we have received.
