Brian said that he was going to replace the camera and the radio with new. When he said the van was ready to be picked up, I saw the new radio on his counter and went I was getting ready to leave, I immediately noticed that the lights were flickering. I talked to Brian about it before I pulled out and he played dumb like he fixed it. I knew he didn't touch it because he told me that in order to fix it, it might take a long time to troubleshoot the electrical wiring. That is why I was told by Robert at Farm Bureau to take it to you!! It only did he not fix the lights, he didn't replace the radio like he said. Want to know how I know? Ok.....my wife's and my phone was still connected to the radio's Bluetooth settings. The only thing he did was repair some loose wiring in the camera. Brian, I hope you enjoy the new Kenwood radio and backup camera that your buddy Robert at Farm Bureau got for you. Lesson learned for me to never go back to that crook. I HIGHLY recommend that others don't as well if it is an insurance claim.

Needless to say, I have had to spend several $ on rental vehicles. My investigation has revealed that the actual owner is the only mechanic and no one else even works there. He currently has approximately 20 vehicles that he is working on, which partially explains why he isn't working on mine. If I had known this before, I would never have taken my vehicle to this place to start with. As I become more familiar with the quality of this operation, I wonder how he is still in business. I only hope this will keep some other uninformed person like me from getting involved with this horrible business in the future. Tommy, the owner told me personally everything that they were going to fix. One month later, only the windshield was replaced. I told him we had to return our loaner car and within three days, Tommy called and said the van was ready to be picked up. I knew full well, they did not have time to complete the body work and lo and behold, when I got there, the body work was not fixed. Tommy played stupid like we never have the discussion before we left the van in the first place. Tommy Magouirk is a crook when it comes to insurance jobs. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not take your vehicle to this place if it is an insurance job. You have been warned!! By the way, the next time Tommy is at Bowlen Farm Sales getting salt for his in ground pool, it will always come to mind that he purchased that thing with crooked insurance money.
