When he said the van was ready to be picked up, I saw the new radio on his counter and went I was getting ready to leave, I immediately noticed that the lights were flickering. I talked to Brian about it before I pulled out and he played dumb like he fixed it. I knew he didn't touch it because he told me that in order to fix it, it might take a long time to troubleshoot the electrical wiring. That is why I was told by Robert at Farm Bureau to take it to you!! It only did he not fix the lights, he didn't replace the radio like he said. Want to know how I know? Ok.....my wife's and my phone was still connected to the radio's Bluetooth settings. The only thing he did was repair some loose wiring in the camera. Brian, I hope you enjoy the new Kenwood radio and backup camera that your buddy Robert at Farm Bureau got for you. Lesson learned for me to never go back to that crook. He currently has approximately 20 vehicles that he is working on, which partially explains why he isn't working on mine. If I had known this before, I would never have taken my vehicle to this place to start with. As I become more familiar with the quality of this operation, I wonder how he is still in business. I only hope this will keep some other uninformed person like me from getting involved with this horrible business in the future.
