Great quality pictures, awesome (custom) backdrops! Sure Shot is the real deal. I've been to other events (2 weddings) where there were generic booths set up with "tacky" backdrops and props. Communicating with them was so easy and they are incredibly accommodating. They give you expert advice and charge a very reasonable price for what they offer. They have the cutest back drops to choose from AND you can customize your photo strip design however you'd like. They have so many to choose from it's almost overwhelming! Not to mention, you get HIGH quality photos and digital copies of every photo taken!! It simply couldn't be easier! I have never been to an event where the photo booth people are more on point, from the props, to the background, to the pleasant attitude, to facilitating everything. It was a pleasure to work with a company that not only produces high-quality photos but make sure your experience is amazing. During the course leading up to the event they worked diligently to make sure that the photo strip artwork was exactly what my son wanted. They produced numerous options for us and made the final product better than we could have hoped for! We purchased the package that included a memory book. I highly recommend this as they do an fabulous job of putting the pictures into it and they give you a ton of pictures after the event so you can add to it as well. It's a really cool souvenir to own. One of the other amazing services they provided is a link of all the photos that were taken from the evening so you could print them in larger formats as well. At the initial meeting which took place at my venue the proprietor thought it acceptable to bring along his five year old child who was a constant interruption. He asked for a percentage of the total cost at that time and moments later tried to inflate the charge. Every vendor involved in the execution of a very formal party has come forth with a refund except Wired Up Entertainment. The party was to be months from now and has cost this company nothing. They did not have to purchase anything or produce anything yet they refuse a refund to an elderly woman in a time If worldwide crisis.
