It is bright, open, organized, clean and in great condition. Each area was clearly defined and easily to navigate to and from. They have casual sections, suit sections, business casual, shoes...and one of the largest clearance sections I have seen at a Brooks Brothers...and maybe even at a specialty clothing store. There was only one Associate in the store at the time and he was helping other customers with a custom order, so we did not interact with him. However, the service and conversation I witness was great and the customer on the receiving end seemed very happy. Prices were hit and miss. I found several things in the clearance section that I enjoyed and ended up getting, however the clearance shoes were still marked a tad high. Our main goal was a pair of slacks, and while they were priced well for the most part, they were short in stock of sizes needed. Overall, good trip to a solid Brooks Brothers location at the outlets!

Other times it seems the place feels like a funeral parlor so creepy quiet that you can hear a pin drop. I don't think they're a true Factory outlet in that I think the prices are still pretty much what their regular retailer charges. I think the items sold here are bit different than what you can find at the regular stores. I think I rather shop at their regular store better because I think the customer service is usually outstanding in those stores. They also have a lot of college items, which is a massive sell here in the south! In short, this place is filled with merch from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. Prices are decent, but do not scream outlet to me. They are a regular store in an outlet mall, not an outlet off-shoot of a brand, so be prepared for that. Overall, it is a cool store to get lost in for a bit...there is certainly enough to keep your attention! I honestly have this spot on my Christmas shopping list as I can cover several folks in my family in one trip here, so you will definitely see me back!

In the past, I have bought their clothes from police/military supply stores and on-line. I got excited when I saw the sign go up near Town Center Mall. It's right off Barrett Parkway. Easy to see from the street. Plenty of parking. They have a great selection of clothing and gear. Everything in the store is "top notch" and priced accordingly. I wish it were a bit less expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. I have never had any problems with their clothing. In fact, I have not yet worn out any of their clothes. Some black items have faded from years of washing but the material is still strong and solid. The staff is fun, knowledgeable and quick to help out. I stopped in recently to look for some clothing as a gift for a female friend. They have a decent selection of women's wear and accessories.

We were looking for a particular size, and while they sadly did not have it, he did go check for us and even have recommendations on like items when it was determined they did not have in stock. This was really my only gripe about the location, out of the 4 things I really liked...they only have one in my size. I ended up scooping them up online, but still... I think their shirts are a bit boxy for my taste and their dresses are cut too high at the waist for me. Overall I think it's a good addition to the outlet mall selection. Their men's and children's department are great. Lots of sales and clearance items. They also have jewelry and shoes as well....
