I am disappointed because, yesterday (06/22/14) I went to the store to exchange it and Cristina, one of the employees, alerted me that last Saturday (06/21/14) was the last day I was able to do that. I missed it for ONE DAY!!!. I told her that I had no idea of that brief period of time given to the customers for that matter. She said I was supposed to have an additional ticket or info attached to my debit card receipt, but I told her that the sales person DID NOT GAVE ME ANY ADDITIONAL PAPER or receipt with the exchange information. At this point, I know now that I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING from this store EVER AGAIN, and that one of your employees FORGOT to give me that extra piece of information that would had allowed me to make the exchange without any problems.

They have a decent selection of shoes, but the older couple that work in the store aren't too…read morefriendly until you start actually purchasing a shoe. I used to go here all the time when they were in different cities in the valley, and always got friendly service from the younger gentleman. Seems like they've either got new owner ship or have changed staff, but was very disappointed with my last visit there.

Maybe I'll have time to get back there before I leave town. The store looked clean and well-organized and the clerk was very nice.
