Jeremy assured me there was plenty of time for the grass to germinate in the many bare spots he had created when he "leveled" out my lawn. That grass seed never did germinate despite my meticulous watering at his direction; it never came up in the spring; in fact, I couldn't get ANYTHING to grow where he had put down dirt - except for weeds (I laid down seed several times that spring/summer so I could not apply a pre-emergent - funny, the same grass seed grew in other areas of my lawn Jeremy hadn't touched). I tried to contact him several times, asking for re-seeding or a refund and he continued to blow me off all spring/summer of '25. Hopefully with the pre-emergent I applied this spring the weeds will be kept at bay until I can try to seed again later this summer or fall. Fingers crossed. JEREMY, IF YOU SEE THIS, I'M STILL WAITING.

I will NEVER recommend this company for any of their services. I believe the one I dealt with was Zack, he kept mentioning that he owned the place. He has no idea of what a business should be run like, nor how to talk to the public. This person had no interest in anything other than his own agenda. I own a few small businesses in the area, and was looking for a reliable plowing company, I know now that I will NOT be handing my business to such a disgusting excuse of a company.

We had him change the shape of the flower beds to make them a bit smaller and then use either sod or seed to fill in the spots. When we inspected the final product, there was a couple of plants that he had not dug up and several spots that had no seed or sod. He said he would come back the next day and fix it, but all he did did when he came back is throw down a hunk of grass that he had already dug up from another part of the yard. It looked horrible. He also said that he put down a weed barrier because we specifically told him that there was a weed problem. But we know he lied because there are still weeds coming up in the whole front flower bed!

The company employee proceeded to tresspass unto my backyard to complete the service. Upon my arrival, I contacted them less then half hour after completion to advise there was gate damage. Later in the evening, I reached out again to advise the damage and was advised some would reach out. I was unable to close my electric gate, therefore, leaving it open for the night. I tried reaching out via text, calls, and facebook message. Finally, received a response that someone would be around the following day between 8-9 am to fix said damage; only, to have NO ONE show up, ignored text messages, calls, and facebook messages. Later on that evening, received a text message that a part was ordered for my gate, however, no one showed up to inquire on type of gate, make or model. Several phone calls through out the week to check status and 1 week later still waiting on a "part" that was ordered and no return phone call, text message or facebook contact. I do NOT recommend this company, they trespass onto your property, damage your personal property with no regards to make amends for their error.

Then, they decided to park IN her driveway. They removed a tree today in Sandwich, IL...... The tree that was removed DIDN'T EVEN BELONG TO THE PERSON WHO CONTACTED THEM!!!!!! it was a perfectly healthy, beautiful red maple that we planted 20 years ago, ON OUR PROPERTY, for my dying grandmother to look and admire. Instead, this company listened to a landlord who lives on the East Coast and doesn't even KNOW where the property lines are!!!! Editing review: Once we reached out, Eduardo was beyond apologetic. He stated he was just doing what the landlord said and is doing everything in his power to rectify the situation. Not only working with us, but also working with police. The situation is extremely overwhelming and frustrating, however, his empathy and eagerness to rectify the situation has definitely helped. I requested quotes from 3 companies and scheduled appointments. Adolfo was the first to give me an estimate, he arrived at the scheduled time and inspected the birch. He gave a very reasonable estimate to take down the birch grind the stump along with another stump and clean up the honey locust and a crabapple tree. The second company never showed up for the estimate. The third company arrived on time but may have spend less than 5 minutes getting me a quote never mentioned anything about the carpenter ants I accepted Aldofo's estimate and was placed on the schedule. About a week later I received a phone call the day before that they would be onsite at 7am the next day. Adolfo and his crew arrived early and were already working at 7am. They quickly took down the birch tree and started on the honey locust. His crew also removed any dead branches on any additional trees in our yard for no additional cost. Adolfo and his crew left our yard cleaner that it was before they started. 5 star company, will be doing business again with him and will recommend to anyone needing tree service.
