I had previously known it was too small for the house and poorly maintained by the previous owners. Not only did Choice verify this without me saying so, but they offered an improved, larger, and more efficient unit of the same brand, plus I got a discount for paying cash. Once it arrived, they immediately set up an appointment, and the replacement was handled by a team of Luke and two associates in less than four hours. I will be glad to pass it forward and recommend Choice to other potential new customers.

These guys are amazing! I found Bell Energy Systems Team on Yelp when I was searching for companies…read morethat could replace my 20yr old furnace and AC. Let me give you a quick background: Since this is my first house and my first time replacing the furnace and AC, I wanted to get 5 different quotes from different companies around Saratoga so I would have plenty of choice. I got the exact same story from each company - they would come in to my house for 5 minutes, look at my furnace for a second, then they'd leave and I'd get a quote to my email like a week later...then I'd never hear from them again. I felt like this was as "good" as it got - no one really cared about my business and I would be stuck with trying to find the "least horrible" company. Then, I contacted Bell Energy Systems and everything changed. I worked with Nick at Bell Energy - he was incredible! I called him to ask for a quote and within an hour he was over at my house walking me through what I should be considering. He took extra effort to explain all of the options I had, why going for the ultra-expensive units was a waste of money, and helped guide me to the perfect unit. Before I decided to sign the contract with Nick, I emailed him about 15 different times and he replied back within a hour or two (even at night and on the weekends) - amazing responsiveness!! Nick's pricing was ultra-competitive and he ended up giving me the best price by far! I got the exact brand and unit I wanted for a price that I couldnt believe! When the install day came, Nick and his team were here right on time. They were incredibly professional - I have a newborn baby and his team make extra effort to be quite so they wouldnt disturb the baby when he was sleeping. They left the basement cleaner than how I had it before they arrived and they were done quite quickly. Nick took me downstairs and showed me everything they did, what I should be aware of, and how to ensure everything stays in top condition. He even gave me the install guide (100 pages), with his highlights throughout to show how he tuned the system - WOW!!! After the installation my wife had a question about the system and Nick came over the next day to show her how to configure the thermostat. Hiring Bell Energy Systems Team was by far the best decision I could have ever made. I got exactly what I wanted, for an amazing price, with the best customer service (pre and post sale) that I have ever received. To make a long story short, you owe it to yourself to call Bell Energy Systems - you wont be sorry!!

We have been using TSK Heating and Cooling for just about 10 years. We first met Todd with TSK in…read more2010. We hired him to service a 20 year old Carrier A/C on its last legs. He kept it running for another year and half and in mid 2011 we used him to to put in a brand new furnace and central air. It was a pretty straightforward job. He replaced our old oil fired furnace with a brand new natural gas Carrier Infinity furnace and central A/C. We had no issues with that equipment when we sold our home 8 years later in 2019. Fast forward to 2020. We purchased a new house with Geo Thermal heating and cooling. We were excited for it until a month after moving in (November) the heat stopped working. Only one company in the area works on geo thermal and they determined it had a massive leak in the loop system in our yard, but they did not know where. They were kind enough to let me know that the loop system is 100 year life span pipe! Well apparently it isn't. Rather than invest major bucks in a brand new loop and with winter fast approaching we again called Todd with TSK. This time around TSK had more work to do. While our home had natural gas, it was built with Geo Thermal so there was more work to do putting in conventional heating and cooling. Todd and his crew got rid of the Geo Thermal system and had us up and running with a brand new high efficiency Lennox furnace and central air. He got the furnace installed fast, the night he completed the work we went from 30 degree weather to single digits. I can't say enough good things about TSK. I did get other quotes and TSK by far was they cheapest. Even if TSK was not the cheapest I probably would have still hired TSK as I know they do quality work and stand behind what they do!

I wasn't sure exactly what type of replacement I wanted; tank less or traditional. Jimmy was upfront and honest with all the options and explanations. I really appreciated that, and it helped me make a decision I was happy with. My old natural gas tank heater was 40 gallons. I always felt there wasn't enough hot water even with just 3 people in the home, probably because it was supporting a 3 story brown stone. Jimmy found a nice 50 gallon one, and scheduled next day installation. His team was on time, courteous, asked for water shut off location, and began the install. I was upstairs doing work. Couple hours later, he let me know it was all done and walked me through the work and the new electronic gas and pilot control unit on the new system. He even installed a new ball valve and gas valve at no extra charge.
