The employees are always patient and eager to assist me with getting the F250 straightened and heading thru the car wash. I've called twice to cancel our membership and emailed since we moved to Cedar Hill State Park about three weeks ago. Have yet to get confirmation but am eternally hopeful. The service was great and the vacuums work well.We had the unlimited wash service for 29.99/month however they have a cheaper deal with less "bells and whistles". read more

I wouldn't bring my dogs here to wash them. This is one of the worst carwashes I've ever seen, it wouldn't dig dirt off of squat, unless it was washed first before it was brought here. Avoid this place like the plague. Check my jeep picture after the car wash. read more

Azle Car Wash - Horrible car wash! - Car Wash Near Me - Azle, Texas

The people that own this car wash don't maintain it and don't calibrate their machines. Spray nozzles are clogged or don't work at all. The right side roller didn't even move or touch my car so it didn't wash the entire right side. The left roller slammed my side mirror backwards. Didn't wash all the soap off my car so I have dried up soap. Man I can go on and on. This is the fourth time using this place. I feel like I was robbed of $25. Ain't ever going back. read more

We went to Azle Car wash today we paid $32 and followed instructions to drive to the car wash bay. A hispanic worker directed us to drive forward. When I drove forward the grate collapsed and trapped our front wheel. The owner came out and said she would take care of it and she had already called a tow truck. Much to our surprise she refused to pay the tow truck. Our vehicle fender was damaged and we had to pay the tow bill. This property is unsafe and the owner does not take responsibility for her dangerous property. BEWARE read more

Went for a wash/detail, paid $32 and they not only did a horrible job on the exterior AND interior cleaning but they also lost my CAR KEYS! I had to call Azle PD to help find them since employees were not helpful at all and basically told me I was screwed and no one would admit putting my keys anywhere. After being there a total of two hours on my only day off, an officer found my keys hooked to the back of my rear view mirror. Not a place I have or would ever put them. The lady in charge then told me I was not allowed back-- to which an Azle p.o. told her "I'm pretty sure you don't have to worry about her coming back." The absolute worst customer service and car wash I've ever had. read more

I'll wait for your response and your management just dismissed me told me I was a liar. I had a wonderful experience with this family. They were all happy and very attentive. We live in Weatherford & after he saw the car, he said he was taking his truck! I felt they were very quick and did a great job on our extremely dirty car. read more

We have a monthly contract for 3 vehicles. They are always friendly and the car wash gets my vehicles clean. I would highly recommend them. Best value ever. read more

Good basic car wash. I use ACW for my day to day washes and also their mini-detail service. They do offer a full detail but I haven't done that yet. For their mini-detail at ~$30 it's not too bad. Drive thru the wash, pull around to the side and grab a quick bit to eat and about 30 minutes later the vehicle has had a good refresh. read more

If You like washing your OWN car this is your place! Today I drove up expecting the normal car wash service. Got the "managers " special for $20.00. I sat in my vehicle as it went through the automatic washing system. At the end an employee handed me a cloth. When I asked what the cloth was for she said so I could wipe my vehicle off! I was shocked and said y'all don't wipe it down and vacuum the inside for $20.00 the managers special? She stated they didn't! So let me get the right... I just paid $20.00 for a drive through wash!?!? So I pulled up to the vacuum hoses and proceeded to wipe my own vehicle down and vacuum it MYSELF... two gentleman were walking by so I asked if they were the managers or owners and one man stated he was the owner. I told him I wasn't happy for the lack of service and that I was accustomed to "staff" doing what I had just paid for....he truly didn't care. Informed me he had been doing business this way for almost two years. When I told him I could go just a few extra miles and do the drive through with staff wiping down my vehicle inside and out and vacuum it for less that what I had just paid his reply was right on. I also told him I would be returning to soapy Jeff's in Lake Worth he wasn't the least bit concerned about loosing a customer! So I will NOT be returning to this business it simply isn't a good value for my money! Trust me drive a few extra miles and do business that has good value and appreciation for customers ! read more

They did a fantastic job on my truck. Having just moved to Azle, this was my first trip to Azle Car Wash. I got the mid-level ($21 wash) and was very impressed by the time and attention to detail the crew provided... the guy doing my wheels and tires spent about 5x the amount of time detailing than I'd ever experienced at any car wash at any price. He did the wheels and tires as only I myself had ever done before! Overall, they did a great job, both inside and out. And everyone there was attentive and friendly. I'd highly recommend! read more

Horribly slow and inattentive. I don't know if they're understaffed, but it took over an hour to get my car vacuumed and tires dressed. The attendant at the pay window gave me no indication it would take so long. I had to ask on of the workers to take care of my car because he was starting on a car that came in after me. Is anyone in charge here??? I had to vacuum the car myself and windows were never cleaned. I'm posting this as I leave, can't wait any longer. Unbelievable! I'll never come back here. read more

Had the best experience today, for a $23 clean exterior and interior and my $2.00 savings for a seniors discount. They spent an hour and a half cleaning my car. They took everything out of the interior and it is great. Fully recommend them. Cannot imagine how a full detail is! read more

I went to the self service wash and tried to use my credit card. The card reader seemed to not be working so I decided to see what change I had. As I was digging for change I get an alert from my bank that my card was charged $10.00. I tried using the wand and foam brush with no luck. I tried calling the number and I got no answer. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Used self service car wash. 1st no soap, next use credit card to wash car. Min $3. I try to stop time meter but could not. I don't even know my total cost for no soap. Car was not clean. When next door to tell owner, he just laugh and say it should have worked, because he was just there. I explain everything again and he sound like he didn't believe me. Didn't offer me another car wash or refund. Just smile and said it should have work. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELF. read more

I would give a zero if I could. New management has a lot to be desired. I have been a customer of this company for several years. It now seems like you get less service for your money. Paid $32 to my to get my car clean. Needed more cleaning so I went back. The person who cleaned the car helped. Then the manager came up said what can we do for you. I said I'm finishing cleaning the car. He had the gall to ask me to leave. He needed the stall. Funny thing there were4 stalls available. Unbelievable read more

Good car wash with good prices. The employees are eager to please the customers. They take time to notice details and are willing to fix anything you may think they missed. IL always happy with the results after I take my car there. read more

Used to come here often. Sometimes I was very pleased, other times not so much. But, it was never terrible and the car always looked way better than it started. Now, apparently after being sold, the new owners have updated the equipment and let go of the staff. It's fully automated now. You run your car through and you're done. No one wipes it down or vacuum and cleans the interior anymore. If you want that done, you now have to do it yourself. With that, and the fact that when your car comes out the other side, all the cracks and crevices still look horrible and need to be cleaned, I see no reason to go back. I'll now be doing all the work by hand, or when it's convenient and I'm in Fort Worth, I'll get my car cleaned there. What a huge disappointment! read more

Horrible service. Under new management??!! Well they need to do that again!!! All new employees.....need to try again. When the place was new they were fabulous! Downhill ever since. If the owners take back over I'll go back but until then forget it. For a $32 full service car wash I should have to point out 20 places they needed to touch up! The cup holders were not even touched. And then when I mentioned it to the new manager.....the lackluster answer and excuses I got was pathetic. I'll just use the laser wash across the highway from now on and clean the rest up myself. read more

Only reason giving it one star is because it made me. Horrible experience all 3 times I've been. Figured I'd give a benefit of the doubt but the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Everytime I go they take forever on my car, everytime they say they're done and I've literally walked up on my car with dirt on the floor boards, theyve barely wiped down anything, and act like it's the worst thing in the world when I ask them to finish the job. Then think its ok to turn on absurd music and blast it through your radio.(which I did not appreciate, especially standing less than 100 feet away) Seriously? Come on that's what I'm paying you for is to clean my car thoroughly. I've literally grabbed the hose off the wall and took care of it myself. The last time I did, I spoke with an older lady at the cashier window asking to speak with a manager, she "supposedly" gave her my number to discuss the preposterous experience I had...well that was nearly two weeks ago and no call yet. Will not waste my money there ever again and advise anyone to go elsewhere read more

The review with the photos of the mustang is an incorrect review. I was in line behind this car and saw what happened. The two people in the car pulled up to the car wash before any one was guiding them to. She did not even pay attention to the older white man who was trying to get her to stop and she pulled over the part that made her car fall in. The owner came out but the two people in the car were already out and yelling. The man who was in the car started yelling and cussing the older man who was standing there. He was obviously drunk and out of control. He was yelling at anyone who was around including the lady with him. I backed my truck up to just get out of the way. I was there long enough to see the police had been called because the two people in the car were very combative. The tow truck driver took the keys out of the car because the people were drunk and very biligerent. The review is not correct and should be stated as the truth not just some one angry about their mistake. read more
