Friendly since day 1, willing to work with me on billing as a college student. They also supply a student discount. There was a discrepancy with an inconsistency in their hours from their website and it put me in a jam one morning, but they sent me a very long and detailed apology message the following day. This shows that they care about the individual customer, which I can't say about a lot of places nowadays. Coming from Sandretto Hills, it's a NIGHT AND DAY difference. They were also very cooperative with me to fit me into a good trailer spot.

Also there is outdoor storage for motor-homes and trailers. The entire outside is clean and well maintained. Restrooms are large and always clean.
