Arizona Face Painting responded quickly and was able to accommodate the hour I needed. Vanessa did our face painting. She arrived a little early to set up and had small albums of pictures for us to look at in case someone didn't know what they wanted which was very helpful. I went to Desert Farm Lights and my daughter wanted to spend her money on face painting we went in the end the painting looked nice however the whole process, the setup, the staff, the lack of organization, and the amount was terrible. There was no line there was a waiting area outside of the tent where the paintings took place and asked for adults not to go behind the table. No one talked to me (the adult) the prices weren't under the pictures or even in the same area as the pictures nor were the signs in the waiting area. The girls didn't use the same verbiage as they label of the pictures. I was told $12 dollars and got charged $25 before the painting was even finished. They don't do refunds, so they weren't willing to compensate me (which I told her I understand at that point she needed to know the situation and correct some things, but she wasn't willing to hear me, but the worse part was the manager/owner wasn't even willing to listen nor did she apologize. She talked over me and basically told me it is what it is. Absolutely rude unacceptable and terrible customer service especially for your own business. Just because you have a talent doesn't mean you're better than others nor do you know people's finances.
