Wow these are some harsh reviews. …read more. Anyway, I purchased the Groupon Coupon. Made my appointment, Yes my appointment was scheduled very far out (2+ weeks!) but I wasn't in a hurry to get them done. Day of the appointment, I was a bit lost/confused as to where she was located. There were multiple offices in building. I finally found it, was greeted but waited a few minutes (my appointment time was now being used) After a few minutes of the previous client leaving she took me in. She listened to what exactly I'm looking for & I loved my finished look. I have paid triple somewhere else, more upscale & HATED IT. She did exactly what I wanted...natural but flirty look. She did give me a little TMI about her husband & family/life but whatever lol...it could've been a lot worse. It's nice to have a little girl talk. Plus I was in & out fairly quickly..maybe 35 -40 minutes MAX ... I would absolutely go back..!

I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment about two months in advanced so I did not have any scheduling issues. She asked me what I wanted, I explained I wanted a natural look and I got exactly what I wanted! They were perfect!!! That was my third time getting my lashes done ever (I only do them for special occasions/ and sometimes holidays) so I did not have much to compare it too, but I knew I was very happy with them. I am just now leaving a review because I went somewhere else ( also a Groupon deal) to get my lashes done for the Thanksgiving holiday and am just realizing exactly how great of a job Valencia did! My lashes with this most recent set/new person was falling off within a week. I did not use any oils, mascara and did not get them wet so they were just poorly installed. With Valencia, I had them on from close to a month without any issues! Anyway, I purchased another Groupon for her and will be using her in the future. She is very skilled at lashes. Regarding professionalism, she was on the phone the entire time but I did not mind. I am not much a talker and did not want to engage in small talk anyway. I put on my headphones and listened to Beyoncé while she worked. Overall, I would recommend!

I had my second Dermapen treatment done by Cyndi Gerlach (who also did the first one) and am very,…read morevery pleased with the results. Dermapen is similar to micro-needling however many places use the derma-rollers, which are less effective and can cause more damage than Dermapen, so I put a lot of research into both the treatment and the provider before choosing Cyndi, and I'm very happy that I chose her. Cyndi is both very experienced with providing this treatment and very knowledgeable about it, and she patiently answered all of my questions to be sure I was comfortable and had reasonable expectations. Her office is very clean but still comfortable, and she and her staff are professional but still warm and friendly. I will definitely go back to Cyndi when I'm ready for another Dermapen treatment, which will be at the end of the summer.

I hope this can help you, and to be aware of bad service, so you dont go thru what I did. Good Luck

normally don't leave negative reviews, but after this experience and being ignored and then…read moreblocked, I feel it's necessary to share. I had a lip blush procedure done with Victoria, and the results were very disappointing. The liner was placed too deep and unevenly, and unfortunately, it hasn't healed well. This service requires precision and skill, and I don't believe the outcome reflected that. I was left with the choice of either waiting months (or longer) for it to fade, or going through painful and expensive laser removal. Victoria actually reached out to me asking for a review, so I felt it was the right time to be honest. I shared my concerns respectfully and clearly, but she didn't respond until I followed up again. When she did reply, she declined to offer any refund (even a partial one) and instead offered a free touch-up. I no longer felt comfortable returning to her after losing trust in the process, and I expressed that kindly. After telling her that I intended to leave an honest review, she blocked me from all of her social media accounts, which felt unprofessional and silencing. This was a disappointing experience both in terms of the result and how it was handled afterward. I would not recommend this business to anyone considering a cosmetic tattoo, especially one as delicate and permanent as lip blush. I have left a review on the fb page with an after picture included.

Lisa is an amazing person and is very qualified to do many other anesthetics besides microblading…read more I have known her for over a year and this is the only place I will ever go to get facial work done, period. Before I met her I did my homework and found her to be highly qualified to make sure all the work she does is sanitary and sterile, she has served our country and is the sweetest and most understanding person in the business. She follows through and her word is her bond. She completely changed the way I look at my face and my eyebrows. Because of her attitude and professionalism she has earned a lifelong customer in me. I have received numerous compliments on my brows and humbly ask you to consider her services. You will not be disappointed.

"Well, it's not horrible." That's what Lisa Warren said as she finished my brows. Not what you…read morewant to hear when getting semi-permanent make-up applied to your face. In fact, her work *was* pretty horrible. She went outside the lines I approved, one eyebrow was much higher than the other, she made a wayward mark way below one eyebrow ("I must have not been paying attention" she said --WTF?), and she made a sideways line instead of a vertical line on my right eyebrow, even after we discussed her doing the opposite. My brows are jacked. I was extremely clear in what exactly I wanted. I came in with my eyebrows done how I like, I had Lisa take pictures of me then. Lisa messed up badly, and admitted her mistakes when I was at her studio, even going so far as to instruct me to wipe away the mistakes with a wet Q-tip repeatedly. The mistakes did not disappear. But my money did. Lisa has refused to give me my money back, and I only asked for a partial refund of $250. She offered to refund my money on the agreement that I not post or say anything negative about her to anyone. Doesn't that sound like a bribe? Doesn't that sound unscrupulous? I was shocked, that even after she admitted making several mistakes THAT CANNOT BE FIXED she would not refund at least part of my money. She cannot do eyebrows, and she cannot run a business. STAY AWAY!
