AZ Craft Bartender turns a good party into a great one. Joe is not only a fine bartender, but teaches guests to make a variety of cocktails in a fun and funny way. AZ Craft Bartender is the best idea I've seen for parties in a long time! Joe was excellent - he was helpful and patient as he taught us how to make classic cocktails, and he is a wealth of information about the origins, history, and variations of all things bartending. The experience was fascinating, fun, and something everyone could participate in. I highly recommend AZ Craft Bartender for a great party experience! read more

They were friendly, competent and showed up on time. The food itself was tasty and guests loved it. Alexis's menu has lots of interesting appetizers and her prices are reasonable. I would hire The Phoenix Palate again and I recommend Alexis without hesitation.

I received a cavalier message from the chef one week prior stating that she was cancelling the date. I called the company who instead of trying to find a replacement chef as they had promised, just confirmed that the original chef would not be able to honor her commitment. Now I have disappointed participants which leaves me in an uncomfortable situation. I will never recommend this company due to the lack of consideration and follow through.

His only responsibility was to drop off the food; we didn't ask for setup, cleanup, or any additional services. On the day of the party, Damon never showed up. My wife called him multiple times, but he didn't answer. Finally, 30 minutes after guests had arrived, he sent a text with an excuse claiming his employees had called in sick. While he did refund the $850, it was clear he hadn't purchased ingredients or prepared anything. If he had, he likely would've contacted us to arrange a pickup rather than let the food go to waste. The lack of any prior notice suggests he didn't care about our event--or perhaps he considered it too small to prioritize it. Either way, his behavior was extremely unprofessional. We ordered takeout pizza from Barro's.
