Her energy work is great. She's a wonderful, caring person. I always leave feeling amazing. Here's a review from the person I mentioned above, who has had great success with her on the nutritional/energy side of things: "Whether you are seeking supportive nutritional counseling or soothing, effective Reiki energy work, you will leave your visit on "Cloud 9" in a very calm, peaceful state and surprisingly energized at the same time. For those who are overworked, overstressed, and overweight, like me, I would strongly recommend you try both nutritional counseling and energy work in one long session. In lieu of pushing fad diets and exercise regimens, Sally works with each client individually to find their own unique path and rhythm which motivates each client to move towards a more healthy and sustainable life they envision for themselves. She is not my drill sergeant (though if that works for you I am sure she would accommodate you). For me, she has become the little voice in my head that helps me make better choices in my life: "take the stairs, Jen, it will make you feel good" and "pizza for dinner would taste REALLY good, but remember how yucky you feel afterwards?". Losing weight and making healthier choices for myself are big benefits, but there is so much more to her work. My life is truly expanding and unfolding, thanks to my sessions with Sally."

In fact, on some days, she's my favorite person on the planet. Sally is a Reiki practitioner as well as a nutritionist, and I have to admit that I wasn't sure I even believed in Reiki but I was very willing to explore it. Though I originally went to her for a nutritional consultation, we actually ended up skipping that part (after an introductory discussion) and going right to the energy work (the equivalent of treating a disease instead of just the symptoms). Sally's gift is in clarifying the cycle of your thoughts, actions, and energy. What makes her exceptional is her own energy and supremely compassionate approach. It's not hard to describe what a typical Reiki session is like (if anyone is curious), but I'm guessing the overall experience/outcome is really different for every individual. For me, I leave with a greater sense of clarity and peace that makes every day going forward easier. Sally is a true healer and, with every visit, I feel a little more complete, fulfilled, and capable of living a happy, satisfied life. Cool, hunh?
