To my dismay, my experience with State Farm representatives here in Caldwell, was, from day one, one disappointment after another. I was continually subject to incompetent service of the worst class. I suffered from deviation of standard State Farm protocols. Agents were crude, inappropriate, incomplete, and lacked basic standard professional work ethics. From an employee standpoint, if a company is willing to falsely advertise for an open position just to get people to work for them, they have already lost all trust. And when it comes around to actual pay, make up a lower number that was never discussed and feel that's acceptable after asking 2-3 times for a straight answer, yet what shows on paper is not the answer I had revieced. I would not recommend any of the Liberty Taxes that Mike owns here or around the valley. Extremely shady and extremely unprofessional.
