I was dealing with an extremely difficult State Farm claims adjuster (Tiffany)--who does not work for this local office but is part of the larger State Farm organization--and she caused me significant harm by making decisions that disregarded my well-being, dismissing critical concerns, and creating additional obstacles instead of helping. The stress and frustration she caused me were overwhelming, but Hugo and Ken stepped in to fight for me when I had no voice.
