We agreed on a payment schedule of every two weeks with the nanny and Andrea called to chew my wife out about not paying weekly despite our nanny saying she never said anything about it being a problem to Andrea. The nanny we hired had one family that she had been with and we took it for granted that it was all well vetted, but she ended up being a terrible fit. She wasn't reliable, wouldn't follow directions, and had really bad communication to the point where it was a nightmare for my wife because the nanny couldn't be trusted to execute our simple schedule. We contacted Andrea to say it was a bad fit less than 90 days into employment and she said she said no refunds but she'd try to find a replacement. She sent us maybe 1 person a month with no real sense of urgency for several months. She sent us 2 applicants over the next month. One lived in Austin and could only interview over FaceTime and was way out of our budget (wanted 35/hr) and the other we really liked until we started to look into her background more and figured out she lied to us in her interview about her experience. Her letters of recommendation that Andrea sent us didn't even line up with her resume. When we told Andrea we caught her lying she brushed us off and said "she was sure it was a misunderstanding" like it wasn't a big deal. Eventually our nanny just walked out one day without saying anything and never came back. We contacted Andrea immediately and she said she was still looking. She asked if we wanted a temp but also said "I probably won't be able to find one anyway." We didn't get any people to interview from her over the next 30 days while my wife and I were both working full time and ended up finding a new nanny ourselves that has been amazing. Its tough to find someone these days and using social media or some other options is daunting but when you can't trust the agency t you hire to find Nannies when there are a ton of people looking for families or trust them to do the background search, there's no reason to use a company like that. Every conversation we had with Andrea after contracting them was unpleasant and she was outright rude on several instances. Do not recommend.

They also took a pic of the baby and texted it to me, along with an email update about how her day was going--Just to be nice. When one of the infant teachers retired, she hand-wrote a note telling us how much she enjoyed time with our baby. Just nice people. We wait-listed both our girls; this school stays at capacity. Food : We selected no beef as kids don't really enjoy cheese burgers/hot dogs. But even on the pizza days they were served turkey hot dogs and most days kids would tell us they did not finish lunch. After first day, they were not served milk on any day. I would have written this review if not for the experience on 8/7. One of our daughter fell from the monkey bars on her left arm during the morning recess Teacher or administrative staff did not notify us about the injury or let us know once we went to pick her up in the afternoon around 2pm. My daughter ended up waiting 4 hrs in pain and was given icepack once in that 4hrs. We had to take her to urgent care to find out she had a buckle fracture in her arm and has to wear sling for 4 weeks and no activities for 6 weeks.
