Truck still has food particles, I had them come fix the wheels and to show other things and the guy walked back in. The owner didn't deal with me sent his uncle out. The wheel wells were not clean, running boards not clean, truck had dripping shining all over the tires. I was so embarrassed at how bad the wheels looked that I took it immediately Armour Coating Discount Details to fix the wheels. They proceed to tell me no waxing, no buffing, under the tires still mud, I could go on and on. They are the best and fixed my tires and wheel hubs, got all the dirt from under truck off and couldn't believe it came from a detail shop. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I am not impressed and will not be back. They don't seem to care or do a good job anymore.

Some time ago I had Missouri Tire change all four tires on my truck. Today, i attempted to change…read moreall four tires ago with tires already mounted on wheels. What I found was that Missouri tire used a heavy duty impact driver to put the new ones on. By doing so, I found one lug BOLT with the nut completely gone. Another wheel had one lug nut missing. Several of the others lug buts were driven on so hard that a 3 foot breaker bar was used break them loose but, one was driven in so hard that the socket broke trying to get it loose. I took the truck back up and asked if Marty would use his high powered impact to loosen the nuts and he said no. 2 minutes was all I asked and he said no. Then cussed me out and name calling and told me to leave. I guess since he knew he risked my life and the lives of my family he was done. SO, be very careful going there for tire work, you may be risking your life.

I took it to Lackey's to get a second opinion and he told me an alignment and a new power steering pump would fix the problem. I don't believe Lackey does alignments, but I ended up only spending $300. He also ran diagnostics and checked the body of a car my brother thought about buying. He was able to find a lot of things wrong with this car and when my dad asked how much he owed him, Lackey wouldn't take any money! Lackey said people should know if a car is a lemon so they don't have to find out the hard way. Lackey's has two very honest, friendly, and efficient mechanics. Lackey's is also the most reasonably priced auto shop I have ever taken my car to. This shop also offers a wide range of service categories. If I ever move it will be impossible to find a better mechanic.
