Parts were to be ordered in a week, and I requested to be emailed as soon as that occured. A month later no email. Finally they confirmed they had the parts but it would be 10 days or longer to install them, even after waiting 5 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired by warranty. After several emailed Jeremiah the srvice manager has determined that my vehicle will not be fixed by the dealership after no effort has been made to them to fix it, nor would they confirm a date & time. The reason is that if you are not happy with a lack of service at this dealership you are not welcomed as a customer. The vehicle has 4 blow shocks since the 4XE Jeep was poorly enginerred and it will not pass safety inspection. For 5 weeks I've had to drive under this condition and zero effort to assist in anyway was made by the dealership. Very odd, but this is what this dealership seems to be about. Another note is that they suggest leases through ALLY which do not allow you to easily trade the vehicle in. Other leading dealerships in the Keene area would NEVER subject a customer to either of these problems. Conversely the sales department was always happy to research, address issue, and add value.

My local credit union (a member of 14 years) wouldn't return my calls....however in searching for a buy here, pay here place I was fortunate to find Supreme. I was blunt about what I needed and what I could afford. We found a good used car with reasonable miles for the year. Nothing fancy (well it does have heated seats) just needed a grocery getter and to get to work. After I was easily approved by a finance company they work with, yeah high interest, but I was over a barrel with no options (other than begging family...) Very soon after my purchase there was an issue (kinda major) with my car, not gonna go into the details on make, model or issue. It is still a 14 year old car. Bottom line is, they stood behind the car they sold me and took great care of me. I was patient, yeah not thrilled, but hey $h!t happens. Now it did take a bit to get the issue resolved since it was an intermittent issue. But I'm confident it is now fixed. I got a vehicle that had very high mileage on it and I paid a high monthly payment on it for almost four years, and by the time the loan was almost paid off the vehicle was worthless. That being said, Shawn was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and up until the last time I got my vehicle repaired there I was quite pleased with what I was charged for repairs. Shawn also worked with me on repairs that were covered by my warranty and treated me fairly. The result of buying a car from this business and making my payments on time was greatly improved credit. The item when quickly located had a minor (seemingly cosmetic) and verified that I still wanted it. I did and was reminded of the warranty if it was proved to be than cosmetic. Promising me delivery the next day (Thursday). Thursday rolls around and I call to confirm as I did the previous day. Only to be told the driver WON'T be able to deliver since it will put him out of his usual route. He (Luis) apologizes and swears up a down that his word is good. Even though Monday he made a promise he couldn't keep. So I call my mechanic and tell him the bad news. He's already upset since we missed the Wednesday "alleged" delivery date. Friday I call and speak with him again and he says, I thought we delivered it yesterday. I'm my head I'm like is he serious? He apologized and told me Friday. I wait on hold and he says, it's been delivered yesterday. I said are you sure? He says yes. I called mechanic and he confirms it was delivered late in the day prior. So why the hell would Bow Auto Parts apologize to me and not even tell me. Hey btw, we got it there for you. If I had to do it again I'd probably seek another place. Proceed with caution.
