We were able to get the units we needed and she was very helpful and pleasant. Her husband Dennis was there the day we brought our things to store, he was also very pleasant. We ended up when it was time for us to move into our new house going 2 days into a new month, and as contract stated we would have to pay the full month. When my husband went in to settle up with Dennis, he told my husband that we didn't owe him anything. He was very nice and understood that we had no control over the closing of our house and when we would be able to move in. It is so hard these days to find someone that would show that kind of kindness in this day and age in their business dealings. If you are looking for a place to store your personal belongings, I would highly recommend Vanceboro Self Storage, they are nice people, and their place is nice and clean.
