My fiancé and I recently underwent a two year complete gut renovation for our newly purchased…read morecondo. Renovations went well, but the DUST was everywhereeee. The dust was located on baseboards, lighting fixtures, flooring, kitchen countertops, and also in my kitchen cabinet interiors. With our new bundle of joy on the way we wanted to make sure that we hired a professional cleaning service that not only specialized in post-construction cleanings but also used chemical free products. After having a phone consult with Patrick we decided to move forward and book their services. Patrick explained all details of their post-construction package which put our minds at ease, he was also very knowledgeable and patient with all questions that we had. Our project lasted for six days at eight hours per day which seemed long but it was well worth it. He also used commercial air purifiers and Hep-a vacuums which was greatly appreciated. Our experience with Elite Supreme Cleaning was flawless, pricing was more at a premium rate compared to others, but it matched the quality of service that Patrick and his crew delivered. Thank you again!

My main concerns were tile and grout issues, built up soap scum and mold located all through out my bathroom. Patrick and the team arrived on time with all materials and equipment ready to go. It took the crew about three hours to complete my bathroom which was expected, a complete difference! The tiles were back to shiny, mold and soap scum were completely gone. This is the detailed cleaning that i truly needed. Big thanks to Patrick and the crew for their hard work and for not being judge-mental about the condition of my unit. 5/5 - great experience.

Not only do they dust, vacuum, AND mop the floors, but they also change sheets on the beds if you provide them with clean ones, AND they even clean the inside of the microwave. I generally like to promote businesses with good reviews but please be weary of this company and…read moretheir poor business practice. I hired them on a year long contract to clean our Upper East Side medical suite. We had to change cleaners twice and still found that spaces were not adequately cleaned and several instances where the space itself had not been entered or attended to because of a cleaner having an issue or no replacement sent in their place (this is why we hired a company and not a single person!) Services and customer experience were so bad that when it came time to extend cleaning services to 6 days a week, I actually hired another company to come in on the alternate days until the termination of our contract. The company will use the excuse that "the only oversee private companies" and are not responsible for disputes. There were several days were I know for a fact services were not rendered and the franchise manager refused to refund. Coverall basically told me that there was nothing they could do. Terrible way to handle a customer dispute if you ask me. I was told that my account manager could do a "walk-thru" and asses the space to see if it was really dirty (not helpful bc we have a medical practice we must clean if it is not by the company). She used this to determine the adequacy of their services, meanwhile i had summoned my entire staff to arrive early and sweep/dust as it had not been completed by the company and patients were arriving. They also made claims that their supplies went missing when new cleaners were hired. And basically forced us into replacing equipment because they would return constantly during office hours. They were also unprofessional with the franchise owner showing me texts between him and my account manager where she was calling me a liar. Don't be scammed by them and put your hard earned money into a better company.

This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

On their first day, she and her team arrived *exactly* on time, which was a was a good sign but it was only the beginning. They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. We're now on Inna's schedule for regular cleanings. I highly recommend her services.
