He left areas unpainted, left uneven texture on the wall, left splattered texture on the toilet paper holder, and got paint on the white baseboards. Then he did not clean up after he finished. I had to fix all of the above problems after he left. I sent photos to the company of all these problems and they never bothered to respond. I expected much better work for the pricey cost. I will not be using them again nor would I recommend them.

I have been a customer of OneStop Handy for more than 2 years and have had various projects done…read moresuch as furniture assembly, bathroom work, and other various house projects. Luis does not reply to attempts at communication, and I regret not simply finding another service sooner to complete my latest job request, which was putting in a standup shower, toilet, and sink downstairs to add another bathroom in my townhouse. The job has dragged on for months because of his lack of responses to my calls and texts. At this point, I'm left with one side tiled in the shower, and the tiling needing to be redone for a second time, as there are a number of tiles that aren't straight. The first time the tiling needed to be redone, the tiling for one side was done, and it was installed horizontally rather than vertically, and I was never even asked, verbally or over a simple text or phone call, how I'd like it to be installed. When I saw the tiled shower side and indicated I'd like the tiling to be done vertically, I was told that I was supposed to tell them how I'd like it to be done... there was no remorse or apology on his part for not bothering to ask in the first place. The lack of communication and dragging out a project done with horrible quality is added to the fact that Luis is not customer-service oriented in his communication. I've been blamed for poor quality work and disrespected by him, as he is very arrogant. Luis has no hesitation to show he doesn't value one's business. As it just so happens, the day I've told him I'm going to have someone else finish the job, I get prompt replies to my communication as well as actually interacting me in a professional way rather than in a begrudging way. At this point, I've paid for the work done on a partially-completed job that has dragged on for months that has caused a great deal of stress due to the unprofessionalism of Luis. I don't recommend OneStop Handy, and I have no reservations about paying more for a job well-done and people who are professionals who care about their customers and interact with them like so.
