She made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we decided to just leave. First, I did not appreciate her mocking me for mispronouncing a word... She also scoffed when my friend did not know the answer to her question... Still, the worst part is while we were observing a ring my friend was trying on, she had the audacity to ask us if we were going to ask any questions or if we were just playing games. How incredibly insulting. I have never experienced such disrespect from an establishment. It is clear that the minute she saw us she had preconceived notions which prompted her to treat us so poorly. Worst customer experience I had in my life. I came to the Palisades mall on Saturday at 8:15pm,…read moredrove 30miles out knowing the store was open till 9pm. Upon arrival, the store looked closed, the notice on the door said "on a break, will be back soon. 845.327.7371". Called the number several times to no avail (the phone doesn't have a voicemail set up). Finally, 15min later I get a call back and the person on the other end told me the store is closed and he would not be coming back.... Why does the sign say 'will be back' then? No answer to that question... Oh, and it gets even better - the guy told me that I should have called before coming!!! .... because that's what everyone else does... Since when is it a requirement to call a store before coming during normal store hours? After speaking with the people manager the following day I learn that early store closer is a normal practice because they have to send a package at 8pm.... And the 'manager' proceeded to tell me that if I don't like it I should do business at another place .... - Sounds like somebody needs a little training on customer service. How about adjusting your store hours to reflect the actual store hours? Well, I have an answer to that - according to their agreement with Palisades mall, they are obligated to keep the minimum store hours, in this case stay open till 9pm on Saturday. If you cannot keep the store open and require an appointment, perhaps you should move the store to another location where you can set your own rules.
