Here's what has changed: - Management has stepped up social programs like outdoor yoga and other activities. - Once or twice a month we have food trucks in our parking lot, always a nice alternative to cooking! - Occasionally we have resident appreciation parties - Holiday parties and free present wrappjng station, a really nice touch. - I now have my own enclosed garage, yes it costs extra but not always available at other apartment complexes. On the downside, in the middle of the week, a two day fire alarm test took place, I had to find somewhere else to work. I wasn't happy. They said it was a city fire Marshall thing but while we were warned in advance, it was not fun. Maintenance is all over this place, everything is clean and beautiful. It's almost not worth buying a property when you consider how much taxes, HOA and insurance costs; right on the water. It's still a wonderful place to live and I give Aura my second five star rating!

The property management team (Property manager:Tony; team-Libby and Raymond) are all VERY kind, yet professional and serious about keeping this complex a quiet peaceful respectful home-style environment, altho they also know how to throw amazing tasteful community parties and gatherings to help bring neighbors together. They bring food trucks from time to time, bands, DJ's, pot luck or provided foods, raffles, games, etc on special holidays such as 4th of July (and others) to encourage joyful/neighborly mingling. The maintenance team (Alex & Hector) are also incredibly proactive, courteous, and have maintenance issues addressed almost always same day - if not usually within 2-3 hours from when reported. Its a clean dog friendly community with a doggie park, dog sitting services available, and lots of love, hugs, and treats given to all pups who stop by to say hello to the management team. In fact, it is a known funny fact that most pets try hard to lead their owners over to the office on every walk/outing. Most neighbors respectfully stay alert to community watch in an attempt to keep a respectful, tasteful, loving, peaceful, environment. In fact, sadly for the community - most long term tenants dont even want to provide/post reviews to actually KEEP it a little HIDDEN gem! Its been 5 amazing years in this little hidden paradise and I too hesitated many times, to post a review, from selfish intents to keep it hidden, until I noticed that it is needed since its usually only complainers that post.

I felt ill around 5months after living here, with weird syptoms arising, and constantly getting sinus infections, coughs flus, etc. MY son was constantly sick as well. My doctors could not find out why my blood work was coming back so off, when it was previously perfectly fine. I had zero feretin levels, and suddenly developed high cholesterol,blood pressure in the matter of a 6 month span. Come to find out two years later when the dry wall fell off the wall that my son and i were indeed breathing in black toxic mold. Despite over 45 emails, and maintenance request to the office there was nothing done. Marina Key by Arium paints over mold and simply signs on another renter. After two surgeries due to complications from mold I am lucky to be alive. I was becoming septic, and my son has developed severe asthma. After letting the office know for the 100th time that there was mold in the unit, they still barely admitted it. I had the unit violated by Lake Park code enforcement and this is where their retaliation began. Little do they know they are about to get hit with a massive lawsuit. This apartment complex literally put a single mother and her child on the street because we could not live in the unit anymore. We were so sick! Deidre is a disgrace of a human being she does not care about anyone, and she lied so many times and made so many mistakes. My attorney is still looking through all her the mistakes so we can nail them. She is clearly highly uneducated, and showed multiple times in her actions that she knew about the situation and did not care. She definitely buried herself and the company she works for in writing. In fact, Arium and RMR did not even know what was going on because she tried to cover it up. There were multiple settlement requests regarding compensating me for my belongings that had to be left behind. In addition, one of the code enforcement violations stated that Marina Key left my door propped opened while they were completing the remediation, I was in the hospital at this time hooked up to an IV because of severe anemia. During this time 2,200 was stolen out of my apartment. We pretty much had to start all over because everything was so contaminated with spores, and mold. Marina Key agreed to let me out of my lease, but only if I signed a NDR which means I would not be able to let other people know of their disgusting practices, and I would not be able to take them to court and get compensation. About two weeks ago I came down with the FLU, on top of our already mold toxification it was a very bad situation, and my son and I again found ourselves in the hospital. We have both developed asthma from Marina Key's neglect, and came down with walking pnemonia because our immune systems have been so compromised after 2.5 years of breathing in toxic mold. Oddly enough my pprimary care physician used to live in the same building as me one apartment door down about 5 years ago. He informed me that Marina Key did the same thing to him, and when he complained about it they gave him a 5k mold remdiation bill. Marina Key practiced the same retaliation against me as well. They agreed to let me out of my lease, and when I refused to sign the three different termination letters, and had them violated by code they filed eviction and called me a "holdover tenant." They refused to give me the remediation report showing that my items were safe to be moved, they ran their remediation under my electricity bill and stated that I was living in the apartment. They had my new physical address and did not provide the address to the clerk of the court, and stated I was living at Marina Key, when in fact I left the apartment for fear of our lives on August 15th and only returned to get clothing that I had to wash at a laundrymat with white vinegar. If you have been a victim of their illegal practices, please let me know so I can provide you with the civil court case that is moments from being filed. Marina Key is now renting that same apartment at 3k a month, they are absolutely immoral beings, and they do not care about you or your family. There is still mold in this apartment, I had a friend take a tour and she took pictures of the mold that is still visibly growing in the master bathroom wall. Mold can kill you, and over a 2.5 yearr exposure our bodies were beginning to shut down, they could not fight it anymore. Deidre laughed at me when she inspected the unit, she stated "I dont smell mold," as there was visible black mold falling off the wall in cake like manner. The office staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in helping residents. They are argumentative and dismissive, and the property manager at the time we lived there (Karen) was untrustworthy -- openly sharing confidential tenant information and gossiping about residents. Maintenance is another major issue. Most of the team is unresponsive and lazy, and communication is nearly impossible since many do not speak English. When I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink that flooded my floor, I was told maintenance was tied up with "priority tickets." Minutes later, I watched the maintenance manager casually hosing down sidewalks in front of the office. I had to shut off my own water and clean up the mess myself until someone eventually came out. That level of neglect is unacceptable. The apartments themselves are poorly built and cheaply "upgraded." Paint was splattered all over the floors when we moved in, and the units are far from soundproof. You will hear every single conversation, toilet flush, and footstep from your neighbors. Do not believe anyone who tells you otherwise. Our first year was tolerable, but by the second year we couldn't wait for our lease to end. Many of the positive reviews here are likely encouraged by management -- trust the negative ones, because they're accurate. The only positives: the location is convenient and the laundry room in the two-bedroom was a decent size. Beyond that, I wish I had better things to say, but I don't. Proceed with caution.

I believe the association should have properly reviewed its payment records, including the direct-deposit/payment history, before pursuing legal action and adding thousands of dollars in fees to my account. I have concerns about whether my payments were properly credited and whether the fees charged to my account were accurate and justified. Being taken to court while I had evidence of payments and an established payment arrangement was extremely frustrating and financially damaging. The situation created unnecessary stress and expenses that I believe could have been avoided through accurate accounting and better communication. Homeowners should be able to expect their condominium association to maintain accurate financial records, properly credit payments, communicate clearly about alleged delinquencies, and provide an opportunity to resolve disputed balances before escalating matters to litigation. I strongly encourage other homeowners dealing with Pine Ridge at Haverhill Condominium Association to: * Keep copies of every payment and bank record. * Keep documentation showing direct-deposit or automatic-payment arrangements. * Request a complete account ledger before accepting any claimed balance. * Carefully review all late fees, attorney fees, interest, and other charges. * Communicate with the association in writing whenever possible. * Seek legal advice if the association threatens or files a lawsuit over disputed amounts. Maintenance is quick too, anything I reported got handled same day or within two days. The gym is very nice and I worked out there pretty often, and the pool area is really nice as well, they just need a grill out there to finish it off. Parking is the main headache since spots are tight, decals would help since some folks clearly have multiple cars. There are a lot of pets and some owners don't clean up, that needs to be enforced because this is a very nice property and it shouldn't be brought down by people who don't take care of things. Management engages the community and always has something going on in the clubhouse, which I liked a lot.

The polite ladies Yina, Ro, & Carolina have been very helpful, they're the absolute best at their job! The maintenance crew is awesome here. If you put a work order in, it gets fixed or replaced the next day! I have never heard or seen anyone that is so helpful as Compson Place! We have a great package room with a 3rd party company that runs your packages to you whenever you are available. Rest assured they have the package issue, I've seen from years ago in the reviews, under control! The property is always immaculate as far as landscaping and trash being picked up. I am so happy and plan to stay for many years! I love our pool and BBQ area, always clean and never too crowded even in holidays. The location is amazing, walking distance to literally anything you possibly could imagine! Major retail, restaurant, mall, movie theater, and I95! So many packages being stolen from residence doors that the residents put a petition to have…read moresomething done like install more cameras or get a safe package system but all attempts to correct the problem have been ignored and pushed off. Ridiculous. I alone have had 3 packages stolen from my door step. They have yet to do anything. Over 15 residents signed a petition stating they have had multiple packages stolen.
