It appears after talking with AirBnB that they canceled my 2 week stay for a longer stay that came in after mine. It was an inconvenience having to find another rental quickly. I move here and I don't even know where to begin! since move here the master bedroom is a heat box sleep deprived! then I have to deal with banging noise all night long from kids and adults 3 am making noise! these positive reviews bunch of crap! They hike up my rent I end up pay $3200 with trash for 2 bedroom. stove old and burn out washer n dryer same! wait until moving out walls have wear and they charge you for some ridiculous amt that don't even makes sense. So much happen I can't even begin! They don't repair anything properly they put a bandaid and keep calling I gave up and live with the incompetence of the place. when it gets low on resident they make u pay for the bills! I am so happy to move out! I would never recommend anyone to this place fake quiet and fake nice! They sure know how to scam you! they are a joke! read more

I'll start with the good first. The community is pretty and very well kept, it also felt safe. This is a great place for singles, or business folks. I will say they made moving from out of state very easy. Great location. I am really surprised by the 1000s of amazing reviews... this community is marketed as family friendly-make sure your children are silent before you move here. You'll have neighbors banging on their ceiling when your children (one who was a toddler) are walking around or playing with toys. Make sure your children don't squeal at the pool or you will have other neighbors who reprimand your child. There is a "tot lot" that is overgrown with trees, mushrooms, and right next to a lake with no fence. The playground was closed for months also. I do believe the playground area is cleaned up now only because they had to take new photos. There is a large area in the middle of the complex children can run but many do not pick up their dogs mess. There are amenities like a fire pit, indoor video games, printers that did not work on each occasion we tried them. The floors and walls were by far the thinnest I have ever lived in in an apartment. Dogs barking sounded as if they were in your own apartment-although that is apartment life I have never had such thin walls and for the price you pay there I expected more. One key worked for us, we told the office and they insisted it was the battery on the keypad, it was the actual key and it was never replaced. Axis has a look to maintain-you'll be treated top notch if you fit the bill. The time came for lease renewal and our rent was going to be raised substantially, we decided to leave at that point. We then we're told they could lower rent so we would stay but we had already secured a new home. Sorry it is a business Axis is running and not a family friendly atmosphere as advertised. They want as much money as possible hence raising rent then haggling with us to stay. At that point after deciding to not renew our lease any email or phone calls I sent were disregarded. It is so unprofessional to not answer emails or phone calls. I have been charged months of fees unfairly, luckily I have email documentation that Axis insisted they never received. I have contacted them numerous times via email and phone to check the status of my refund and I have been ignored. There were no walk throughs. The gates rarely were working, for paying such high rent at a "luxury" community I would expect the gates to work for a "gated" community. The residential gate closes but anyone can get in. There was a fire that messed up the gate but that was months ago. Valet trash is also a service you pay for and many many times trash was not picked up although they still expected full payment. Many times the pool was filled with bugs/frogs or freezing. Overall I was very disappointed with our stay here. Axis looks beautiful, but remember it is just a facade. Please do some research before moving here especially if you have a family. read more

Absolutely love living here! We had originally signed a short term lease when we moved here from NJ, thinking we would only live here 6 months. That was 2 years ago! From the office manager and staff to the maintenance crew, they have made our experience here an amazing one! My kids spend endless hours in their beautiful pool, while we also love barbecuing in their outdoor kitchen/bar. I can literally go on and on with all the great stuff this place has to offer. Wow this place is legit. We came here for a birthday party for my friend. The apartment complex has a double sided gate entrance. When you drive in every apartment building is easily shown and accessible. We ended up going to the pool, which by the way you need a gate key for as well as everywhere else in the entire place. They apparently only want people who live there to use the facilities only considering you need a key for 3 different parts of the place just to use a bathroom. When you get to the pool, the atmosphere is beautiful. The pool is gorgeous, the hot tub looked awesome, the marble bbq area which is under a covered area also had a huge flat screen tv and the best of all, there were even hammocks to lie in and sleep in. How crazy is that? I think this place is well worth the money and comparing it to what we live in and pay, this apartment complex looked like the Taj Mahal! read more

I get a kick out of reading the positive reviews on here that eerily sound similar to one another. I was a resident for approximately a year and a half and ran into nothing but issues, many of them never resolved over my stay so will likely be passed on to the next resident just as how it happened to me. On move in, the apartment was overtly dirty. Dust everywhere and the oven grimy. The first time I ran the oven it set off my fire alarm with how much smoke it produced and had to clean and rinse it myself three times. When I reported it to the office they shrugged their shoulders stating it was likely just oven cleaner mixed with grime that they didn't clean off. Many of the outlets didn't work in the apartment. The racks in the dishwasher were rusted and the dishwasher did not dry completely at the end of the cycle. I asked them for new racks and the office told me twice they would order them however I never received any. The clothes dryer was so clogged with lint and other material that it smelled like a stressed motor when running (I had to remove the panel to the lint filter and clean it all out - I filled half of a brown paper grocery bag with lint and other junk). I figured out later likely why the dryer lines were so clogged. The tub in the bathroom was clogged and the counters were dirty in areas with adhesives. They demanded to enter the apartment multiple times during my stay with last minute notice, just because you comply with state law regarding notice doesn't mean you should always do it with barely that amount especially when you know of a coming renovation or service months in advance. Most times you'll get a notice the late afternoon before stating they could enter your apartment 8am the next day and what you need to do in preparation. And some of the reasons they will give to demand entry could potentially be frivolous. On one instance they demanded entry for maintenance services including dryer vent and ac drain line but I have doubts anything was actually done which is why my dryer vents were so clogged when I moved in. Hopefully them ostensibly entering for preventative maintenance but possibly not doing said maintenance doesn't increase the risk of something like a fire or ac flooding. Just in the year and a half I was there rent went from approximately $2000 to $2500, a roughly 25 percent increase. My apartment was directly across from the model apartment. I had far more issues than detailed here but would have to write a book. read more

Let's start with positive Samantha Is a five star employee always on top of her game. Great personality always greet you at the door and when you want something done go to her. As for my stay at Axis for two years was normally a good experience. Now for the bad Raul Erazo this has to be the laziest manager I have dealt with on property. For my move out I have to give 60 day notice I gave them approximately 65 days. About five days after the 60 days I was contacted by property that I did not give sufficient notice. Talking with Raul he said no problem our mistake they will re-enter it into the system everything is updated and you are good to go. I double checked and went to the office and again was reinsured everything was OK. Now comes August 22 I get a bill from Axis in the tune of $414.00 I contact Raul And now he says he knows nothing about our conversation and he did update the system and put it was five days late I have to pay this bill. I told him that he needs to check his emails of our conversations a few hours later he says he did which I believe was a lie and he says he has no emails and if I have it I have to prove it to them. So after the fourth time talking with Raul he's in capable of doing his job entering anything into the system correctly and handling his residence . So thank God I saved the emails from Axis that Raul could have easily looked up and resolve this problem quickly instead I had to get his supervisor involved and show her the chain of emails so I have to prove Raul wrong for the fourth time they finally removed the charges. KEEP YOUR EMAILS RAUL WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING HE CAN.... If I have any recommendations for anybody please go see Samantha to have any issues resolved she is cheer-full always in a great mood and knowing it is done right. read more

There are not enough amazing things to say about this development. From the moment you drive into the development, you are greeted with nothing but friendly smiles and waves from everyone you see. The community itself is so safe and welcoming. The office staff are always there to lend a hand or answer any questions, no matter the time or day. The maintenance staff are also prompt, kind, and helpful. The development is so beautiful and has so many amenities that you are blown away. To start off I would like to say the move a headache. When my family and I first moved in we had to hire exterminators to get rid of roaches and other pest. The showers were dirty and seemed like they tried to put paste over it to cover up the dirt. We had mold and put in many request for them to get rid of it and even called to complain about it and no one ever came to fix it. I have kids and the managers tend to always put notice on my door that my kids are loud. I find that very weird because when I did my tour before move in the manager Samantha stated that the community is kid friendly. The managers pick and choose who they want to bother. One day they were pressure cleaning the floors and everyone had a notice on there door except me nor did I receive a email that they were pressure cleaning. When I went to get in my car I noticed that all of my cars were dirty from the pressure wash and the office didn't reimburse me from the car washes after the manager (Samantha) stated they would. The manager Raul likes to lie on other tenants and blame them as the " anonymous person " that reported you for nonsease but the whole time It will be one of the maintenance employees or another manager who's riding by on a cart. Axis is trying to charge me for normal wear and tear but failed to fix anything I put in a request to fix. On top of that they are adding extra things like the garage fogging when I only had clothes in my garage for my business. I do not recommend Axis Wellington Green, at the beginning they will be nice but once you're in their community they don't care about their tenants. read more

I moved into Axis one month ago. I have a beautiful, spacious one bedroom apartment with a view of the lake. All the appliances are new and chrome, counter tops are granite and hardwood floors everywhere except the bedroom. I have 2 clothing closets, 2 linen closets, a washer and dryer in unit and a balcony. I was fortunate enough to tour the unit I ended up renting. Axis is the only apartment community in Wellington with elevators- a serious consideration when moving! Special deals are available for TV and Internet and they have a valet door trash service, community garden, private garages tennis courts, a dog park and more. The pool area is amazing with a outdoor grilling station and cabanas. The people are wonderful. Everyone says hello and is very friendly. The staff are competent, helpful, kind, caring and accommodating. The maintenance staff, especially Jose, are always available to help with anything you need, quickly. Jose even helped me hang the curtain rods in my apartment. I am very impressed with his skill level, willingness to help and kindness. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my choice to live at Axis. The location is central to everything in Wellington. It was the most reasonable of all the apartment complexes in Wellington and the newest complex around. My apartment is everything I dreamed of and more. I'm sure that if you come and look at Axis, you will be impressed too! Check it out! read more

Don't be fooled by the first glance. My boyfriend's truck was broken into while parked in one of the garage spaces (Over $500 monetary value loss). Every time I had to go into the office it was as if I were called into the principal's office. My payment's were automated therefore never late, yet I received a notice to evict for non-payment on my door. This was because of an error on THEIR part. They deducted the wrong amount and could not even email me or call me to let me know they made an error. After moving out, they charged another month's rent to my account (Their error again). I had to take time off from work to resolve. Every time my children tried to place in the grass they stepped in dog feces.
