So, I'm in a tough spot. The guy behind the counter offered me a solution. He might not have been supposed to do this, but he provided me with a loaner phone someone else didn't like. It worked just fine, but they got something new. I went from having a seriously bonkers phone and in big trouble, to having a solution that cost me NOTHING. When my plan allowed me to get a new phone, the first place I went was here. They earned my business. When this phone had some small issues, I tried taking to another Verizon dealer in town. They told me I'd have to get it fixed in Cheyenne, and ship it out. So, I thought, why am I here in the first place, I need to go back to the Music Box. Went there, they replaced the battery and tinkered with it. Boom, fixed. Problem #2, Solution #2. This place seriously earned by business. Of all my reviews, if I could give a 6/5 stars, they'd get it. They're a Verizon retailer that still has the hometown customer service. All thumbs up here.
