I found a diamond of a lady who is a family American owned salon. The owner actually I had the honor of her doing my pedicure manicure which was one of the best I've ever received. I'm not only enjoyed the service but the conversation. She also offers tanning and hair appointments. The beds are horrible, very, very old and only one per level. Because of this you may have to wait a long time to use any bed! The bed I use has been broken more than working so because of that I have to downsize to a bed less than I paid for. There has been no compensation offered!! There is a new owner, he says, that has NO customer service!! I say "he says" because when we bought a new package of tanning we had to talk with a lady that identified herself as the owner. My husband and I went to tan and this man went crazy telling us we could not use the same package after the "lady owner" told us we could. He told us she didn't tell us that. I stated to him she did but he continued to call us a liar by telling us she did not tell us that!! He doesn't know, he wasn't in the conversation we had with her! He got very, very angry , red in the face and hollering "we weren't told that!"! After a few minutes of him hollering and insisting he was right I did say "your acting like an ass hole!! You're calling us a a liar?? By then he was yelling, even redder in the face and in my face!! He refused to let me tan, (my husband had already started tanning by now) kicked me out of the salon, (he told me he was going to call the cops) and told me not to come back! I told him that was ok because I had already started going to another salon that is AWESOME! We were just trying to use our package of tans!! So if you want to be treated VERY disrespectful go there, if not go to another tanning salon!!! The crazy thing about all of this as my husband was leaving this man told him he talked to Cadie, the owner, and she told him we could share the plan!!

I assumed that they were good at doing this service because they have a banner hanging on the wall and several card board photos posted on the shelf with different colors of the gel. She did not trim my cuticles but rather just put the gel over them. The gel is on my skin and you cannot see the distinction of where my bal meets my skin on my fingers. I came here with a friend since this is close to her house and I will never come back again.

My heart and lungs limits me to being confined to our home because I get sick easily in public places. I am a disabled RN that came to Florida to have a better quality of life, my husband I both love Florida. I never thought I would Be that girl to tan in the sunshine state but I surely understand why people do. Tanning was recommended by a doctor that has no more specialists to send me to and has no more medication to have me try. Tanning helps me get through the darkest times I have faced in depression. This beautiful business is SPOTLESS and very clean, and everyone is so kind, I have called and stopped in and the staff is very knowledgeable, UNDERSTANDING and kind. This salon offers hair services as well as tanning; I went in to get my…read moreroots lifted, paid $125 for the service, and left with orange roots, (which is NOT what I wanted). When I informed the stylist I was told I'd have to pay for the service to correct my hair costing me another $60. I was baffled! I called and left a message for the manager of the salon, Ally, and she returned my call within a few days. I explained the situation to her and asked for a refund on the botch job. She informed me that there's a no refund policy, which I was unaware of, and that basically I'm screwed out of my money. She did however offer to have my hair fixed free of charge, but at this point I had already gotten my hair fixed elsewhere and was completely turned off by the insult and unprofessionalism. You don't charge somebody to fix a problem that you created! That's bad business. I don't know if they're that hard up on money that the salon can't invest $125 into customer service and professional decency but this is unacceptable! Customer service and decency is lacking to say the least. I'm never going back!
