The entire claims and settlement process was much more complicated than I expected, and I honestly wouldn't have known how to navigate it on my own. Kate was exceptional throughout the process, taking the time to explain each step, answer my questions, and make sure I understood my options. The at-fault driver's insurance company seemed eager to close the case as quickly as possible, and I almost accepted far less than I was entitled to. Fortunately, Samer Habbas stepped in right away, protected my interests, and made sure I received fair treatment. Their team handled everything--from communicating with insurance representatives to identifying the damages and expenses I could legitimately claim. Between dealing with injuries, navigating medical treatments, and managing the emotional stress, the entire process can feel overwhelming. Having the right legal team by your side makes a tremendous difference. I'm grateful to have had Siri Hertzog and her team at Joe Naz Accident Lawyers represent me throughout this journey. From the beginning, Siri and her team were professional, attentive, and communicative. They helped coordinate the medical care I needed, kept me informed throughout the process, and were responsive to my questions and concerns. One thing I always encourage others to do, especially when dealing with an injury and the legal process, is to advocate for themselves. No one knows your body, your pain, or your needs better than you do. What I appreciated about Siri and her team was that they listened to my concerns, took my requests seriously, and worked with me to make sure my needs were addressed. I never felt that I couldn't speak up or ask questions. Recovering from an accident is not always a straightforward journey, and having a legal team that is willing to listen, communicate, and help navigate the challenges along the way is invaluable. With so many billboards and ads of car accident/injury lawyers, it's really hard to decide on which…read morefirm to represent you, but I will start off by saying, Shin Law Group is the firm you want representing you 1000%. After nearly three years of having Shin Law Group represent me, I wanted to take the time to recognize Jonathan Shin, John So, and their entire team. My case involved a 6-car auto accident that eventually required pursuing a UIM claim with my own insurance company. It was a long and complicated process, and there were several points where I was frustrated with how slowly things were moving. However, this wasn't the firm's fault, but the other party's insurance companies and their driver's who were being extremely difficult. Jonathan personally took the time to speak with me during the case when I had concerns. He gave me confidence that the firm would continue fighting to maximize my recovery, and ultimately I'm very happy with where we landed. When it came time to evaluate the final UIM offer, I had nothing to evaluate since I was awarded with what Jonathan said I would. He did exactly what he said he would and delivered on his promise. Talk about being worth the wait! Personal injury cases aren't quick, and there were definitely moments during almost three years when I wished things would move faster. But what ultimately matters to me is the result, how I was treated, and whether I felt my attorneys were working in my best interest when the important decisions had to be made. On all three, Shin Law Group delivered. Thank you to Jonathan, John, and everyone at Shin Law Group who worked on my case. I'm genuinely grateful to finally have this chapter behind me and very happy with the outcome. God forbid you ever need representation for a car accident or an injury, but if you do, I would absolutely recommend Shin Law Group to anyone in need of an attorney. Thank you again!!!
