Vindictive Staff, Horrible Business, SHAME SHAME SHAME on them, BEWARE & KEEP AWAY After being a consistent customer for nearly a year, the servicing on our porta potty became sporadic at best. After numerous unanswered phone calls, voicemails, and emails the company suddenly picked up our unit completely unannounced. They made a special trip out to our farm THE NIGHT BEFORE our summer camp program began (which they specifically knew about from the emails I sent) ON A SUNDAY, to remove our unit during a period of time that we HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. They have since ignored all of our correspondence and refuse to issue a refund of OVER A MONTH OF SERVICE that we had already been charged for. This company is VINDICTIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and you should AVOID WORKING WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS. There are a number of other reputable companies out there offering a far better service. They have a "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau! They claim in the comment below that this is not the correct company, but John Atwood is one of the people I contacted when this happened and nothing was done to remedy the situation. I was going through a divorce & ended up having to move. I was NOT expecting to be dealing with lots of stuff I spent years ignoring. What was the easiest way to deal with the crap? Toss it. I decided to get a dumpster to help clean out for the big move and went with Arwood Waste, mainly because of lowest price. The call to set up the service was pretty straightforward and the delivery was set a couple of days later. The day came and went with no dumpster, so I called the number on the Arwood Waste website and found out the order had been categorized as Minneapolis instead of St Louis Park. (FYI - SLP has laws that don't allow dumpsters in the streets). Anyway the delivery was rescheduled for the next day and I was given an extra week without late fees. The driver showed up at 6.45am and got the dumpster placed exactly where I wanted it. I filled the dumpster over the next couple of days, I called them the next morning, and the dumpster was gone the following day. If I need another dumpster I will definitely go for Arwood Waste again. read more

I first had the idea of using a portable toilet while planning a birthday party we were expecting a lot of family and friends and having just one main restroom in the house while the whole party was outside wasn't ideal I didn't like the idea of having our guests line up or having to many people and kids running around in the house, I did my research online and came across Arwood Waste not only did they answer the phone but there in price was good to. They delivered before we even set up which was a plus! It was one last thing to worry about and our guests loved it they were super clean and found it so much more convenient having toilet outside alongside with Lee's party, We will definitely be using them again. read more

've had many great fun days at work while i keep a smile on my face ringing customers over the phone. I enjoy being positive so I know this a great job for me. The managers are the greatest. They also keep great attitudes, especially when coaching me. The best place to know how to sell waste management services, you have so many things that you can offer to costumers. They were great for getting rid of my large deck which I demolished to put in a patio. It held most all of it. Some neighbors took some of the wood also. The only problem I can say was that I made the call on Thursday to get it picked up. They didn't come until Monday. They say 1-3 business days. So it sat on my grass for three days. The grass recovered. So make the call time for pickup so it doesn't include the weekend. read more
