We knew what we'd come for (lobstah!), and assumed we'd order once we made it up to the counter. However, as we waited our turn, one of the employees started shouting at us from behind a cooler. Between the distance, white noise and a slight language barrier, we weren't sure why we were being yelled at. Eventually the woman at the register clarified what we needed: one Maine lobster. How many lbs? We said two. The woman who had shouted at us confirmed our order from her co-worker, and returned with two, 2-lb Maine lobsters: a slight miscommunication. She reached into the bag, grabbed the luckier of the two, and put him back in the tank. The less fortunate one returned home with us, to satisfy my wife's pregnancy cravings! The employees could be a bit friendlier, but the seafood couldn't be much fresher!

I replied and thanked him for agreeing to go beyond the expiration date. I sent the email to schedule a time, as requested, and did not receive a response. He is completely unprofessional but is happy to take someone's money and never take the photos, based on my experience, or provide photos, based on another review I've read. Find a professional photographer to take your photos.

So we booked our second appointment, again at Cathedral Park, this time he called about an hour before and tried to cancel because it was threatening to sprinkle and he was "out of the rain gear for his camera." We weren't about to go through the routine of getting ready for the third time, so we wound up driving to his apartments and taking pics in the courtyard. Definitely not ideal. He spent maybe 15 minutes with us and said we would see the pics the following day. 2 days later and still no pics, apparently he dropped his camera off to get the sensor cleaned and forgot to take the memory card out. Feeling frustrated at this point he assured me he would get the camera back later that day. 3 days go by and still no pics, so I contacted him again and he apologized but said that his memory card had been wiped, and all our pics were gone! Completely frustrated by his utter lack of professionalism, I asked for our money back and he had the nerve to tell me that because he let us use the gift certificate 2 and a half months after the expiration date that he wouldn't refund us!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE ANY PICTURES!! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS AT LEAST A MODICUM OF PROFESSIONALISM AND EVEN A HINT OF RESPONSIBILITY!
