He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. I bought a mattress for my apartment over 10 years ago with Bob's. It was a great mattress at first, but I noticed it began sinking in the middle over the last year. I have scoliosis, so a good quality mattress is really important to me. I decided to go back to Bob's for a mattress because they have a pretty good selection of mattresses at fair prices. When arriving, I was greeted by Fatima, who encouraged me to try all the mattresses until I made a decision. In conversing with her, I happened to mention my last mattress was from Bob's, and that it was sinking in the middle. Well, Fatima looked up my account and realized it was under warranty! She called her supervisor to confirm, and they gave me over 800 dollars back towards a new mattress. I was floored, and did not expect to come in and get such a discount! Keep in mind, however, in order for this warranty to be honored, you have to buy the mattress and the protector - which I did. I did the same thing this time around, too. And Fatima encouraged me to speak up if I didn't like this new mattress. They have a 90 day sleep guarantee, and she said "If you don't like it, come back and get the firm." I really appreciated that Fatima took the time to advocate for me, and I hope I love this new mattress. It was literally delivered an hour ago! (And the delivery service was great. The gave me a window the day before, I was able to track where the truck was, and the men were in and out in less than a half hour. They took the old mattress, no problem.) Jerome took the time to listen to our issues with our previous bed and gave us the chance to try just about every bed they had in the showroom. Will I ever receive it? Who knows. I have a herniated disc, and was advised by my doctor to get a firm bed as soon as possible. Had I been told the honest truth that it would be likely over a month (longer?) before receiving the mattress, I would have gone elsewhere. This review is now an act of desperation in the hopes that it will motivate them to stop giving me the run around and actually deliver my purchased mattress. Go elsewhere if you can.

So, we were looking outside TempurPedic, and we asked what was Sleepare's policy? - We were also up front that my husband has a terrible back and there was a real possibility nothing in their store would work for us, so if their return/exchange policy was not generous, we would not buy there. - Fazi at the store told us that we could return for ANY REASON within 150 days, and we could exchange as many times as we wanted, and return after that if nothing worked. - We got this in writing before purchasing, but we did not catch the ambiguous "or" language around return OR exchange. We were verbally promised that we could exchange and THEN return, repeatedly. - We exchanged just the top part of our Helix mattress for a firmer part. - First, the company tried to say that we were not entitled to a refund at all, but we had in writing that we were promised a FULL refund. - Then, the company acknowledged that we had that in writing, so they decided just switching the top piece of the mattress was an exchange, and therefore we had scuttled our chance to return for a refund. - Finally they agreed to let us exchange for any mattress in the store, as if they were doing us a favor, when they were actually not keeping THEIR word about their own policy. - We were able to exchange for a cheaper mattress, but we did not recover all our money doing so. - Once we started asking about the refund, they went from friendly and communicative to MIA and it took from August through NOVEMBER to get it "resolved." - By the way I was pregnant while we were purchasing this mattress and feeling extremely unwell, so it was a huge burden to deal with all the logistics fighting them.
