Tim and his staff were on time, provided me with a detailed quote and were willing and able to make last minute changes when asked. Their input in the process was valuable as they are talented professionals and guided me as I requested a change. Tim allowed me the time to discuss the change, added his expertise and suggestions and finally we had the project that worked. The quality of his work was very professional and my front porch looks presentable again. Jeff has special skills that added to the overall great quality. Their price was fair and I will definitely use them again in the future. I have already recommended them to several neighbors, who can see the work for themselves!

Little Rock, AR 0 friends 1 review 5.0 star rating3/29/2018 Tim leveled sagging/uneven floors on both first and second floor of my 100 year old house and did some trim work and painting. Tim showed up when promised, did the work for the agreed upon price without asking for more $ other than for additional work I requested, and did a great job.Vincent S. San Francisco, CA 0 friends 1 review 5.0 star rating3/26/2018 Updated review In fall of 2016 I had some major remodeling done. After several weeks I was informed by a friend that something was terribly wrong with the work. I contacted severals professionals who looked at the work and they rrefusd to take the project. Home Advisor sent Tim Davidson, he quickly saw the errors....but did not badmouth the previous worker. He accepted the job, brought his crew, did not waste time. I have been very pleased with his work. Very professional. ..left my premises clean....no debris. I was present at their first meeting in their home in October, 2017. They, Nancy and David, offered to pay Tim for the entire job at their first meeting, but Tim declined to take the full amount, telling them that is not the way I run my business. I have seen his work and he does excellent work, very professional. To say that his work is shoddy is a disgrace! He has MANY customers who will testify to the high quality of his work! I highly discourage anyone from hiring HW Services of Arkansas. Feel free to contact me and I will…read moreprovide pictures of Luke Warrick's work. He'll take your deposit and walk away after destroying your property. Now, I'm being told that asking for my deposit back is harassment. Please don't... just don't. Attached are pictures of the bathroom demo... left this way to go to lunch, supposed to return in an hour.. hours late, nothing. Then, he came crying and with more excuses at 730pm without returning my deposit, I allowed him to get his tools. The shut off valve he assured me was shut off, but needed replaced the following week leaked and now my completely remodeled downstairs ceiling and floor are ruined. Now...he has his tools and my money and I have his mess. Just don't.

Unfortunately for me, I hired Horace Luke Warrick the owner of HW Services of Arkansas. When he…read morecame to give me the quote for the job I asked if he was licensed, he said he was, but he is definitely not. He was hired to replace wood siding and paint the exterior of my home. In the beginning the job went smoothly for the first week. Then slowly throughout the replacement of the wood siding, I had to continually bring to his attention boards that were split and need to be replaced but he instead was trying to patch up. He told me I was nitpicking, forgetting that he was being paid to replace the siding. He didn't show up for work most days before 11:30 AM and he would take up to a two-hour lunch break, returning only to leave in a couple of hours before dark. He does not work a full work week and there was a multitude of excuses from using injuries to his dogs, his head hurts and his mother-in-law as reasons for why he was not on the job. It was the norm for him to repeatedly ask for money for additional supplies, for broken tools, to pay his work hand, and other issues throughout the job even though he was not moving forward much less finished. When I brought my concerns to his attention, he was extremely rude. I was told the job would take three weeks with an additional three days added to that timeline for work that was found and needed to be done. I hired him on November 9th but by Christmas 6 weeks later he was racing to paint my house in temperatures that were going into the 30s it became a disaster. The paint is uneven and there is dripping and overspray all over the trim and foundation, he did not do proper prep work such as filling nail holes, masking and taping off to protect these areas. I asked him to stop and since he has been paid in full, we agreed that he would fix this mess when the weather got warmer. He was asked in the beginning of February to start fixing some of the problems he left. First week back he worked a total of five hours over 3 days and then didn't come back. I finally had enough and fired him. He has been paid in full and will not return the money. Now I have to pursue this matter in court and with the contracting board. Do not hire this man you will be sorry.
